Maxing the skill tree appears impossible

It appears impossible to max out even a single skill tree.  

There are 5 levels they cost 10, 25, 50, 100, and 200  total to reach the end 385
The maximum amount of skill points is level 1 - 30,  2 - 60, 3 - 90, 4 - 90,  5 -?? (I don't think 5 is available at all)  total 270 or 115 short

That's assuming you don't buy the first level or 2 of all the trees to get moving while you build up crafts etc. 

Am I missing something?  Is there another way to get skill points or is this just a messed up design?

Just wait for next chapters, supposedly they are gonna bereleased every 4-8 weeks
