windia
I'm one of the persons that uses the same three girls over and over again in battles - just in different order. So what do I want to do in that screen? Change alpha with beta or with omega. Nothing else. In case I have a new member in that triplet, of course I scroll - which has become more scrolling for seasonal reasons... So I propose a "headline" where my current battle team is additionally listed and works like the rest of the harem body. Another option would be to use the mechanism from Champions: make a drag'n'drop on the left side, so I can pick the girl from alpha position and drag her over to the beta position to switch with the beta girl. Could be easier to achieve and easier to explore/explain - because from UX perspective it could look like repetition to have the current battle team on both sides. hhh.s
I also agree with that opinion. If possible, like the previous arena, I want you to display ☆ (affection) at the time of selection.

windia
A not to "stay with this three" hint could simply be the same filter that is used in the harem: (the yellow ones are these which would only be shown if the CHarme symbol is the only clicked)
