ali294849 Posted July 15, 2021 Share Posted July 15, 2021 when you pass 2 tiers without collecting the 1st reward it will appear as claimed but you don't get the reward and its gone forever. this is the second time it happened to me maybe more without noticing. i don't know if it works if you passed 3 or more, but this need to be fixed its so annoying. Was able to make sure it had happened when I passed level 21 straight to 22, I was able to claim the xp for level 22 and yet I did not get the reward of 4 free 10 pulls for pachiko.
