Provocative Picnic and Play Comic Heroes - Claimed reward not recived

I reach the lvl 13 of the Provocative Picnic, the lvl needed to claim Maya, the reward (and girl) of that lvl, and claim it. I didnt recive her, I fullfill the lvl in one of the competitions to recive a girl and she joined my harem, so isnt a regular bug from reciving girls in general. The same happend with the "mission" to play Comic Heroes for a while, even I was already playing it, I fullfill the same mision there and recived the HH Red Battler, but not the girl mentioned in Hentai Heroes.

I could guess anything that could make that bugs, the only thing is that Im returning to the game after several years, but no more.

It's not a bug, it's a mistake from your side.

lvl 13 is not the girl, it's an Avatar. The girl is at lvl 37 like you can see with the screenshot.

The problem with Comic Heroes is another thing. Normaly it works correct, when you use the link from the Sex-Friends Section.
