What requirements do you need to unlock clubs?

1. 15 girls in the harem.
2. There might be a player level requirement (lvl 200, 300, 400, etc.), which depends on the club.
3. If you just left a club, there's a 24 hr wait period.
4. The club might be full.  They range from 20 to 40 members, based on how much they're upgraded.
5. You can view clubs that are recruiting here in the club promotion section.
