Where do I complain

I bought a bundle containing a golden mask with a red background and the number 2, I was excited because it was going to be my first upgradable item, It is not in my inventory, I did not sell it and the bundle is no longer available, it looked something like the inclosed picture

First I got ripped off with this mask in Comix Harem, now in Pornstar Harem I got ripped off again with 2 masks that are supposed to give me 25% bonus xp against Champions, I did not receive these masks also.

Oops I did get the Pornstar harem masks, but not the Comix Harem Masks

Disregard all previous posts I did receive all, I misunderstood what the Comix harem masks were and found them elsewhere in my inventory, sorry for all the complaining I was in the wrong the whole time and apologize for any accusations I have made.
