You should take 11 legendary Chocolates (950x11=10450), then add 2 epic Chocolates (250x2=500) or epic Bracelet and Lollipop (370+130=500), so 10,450+500=10,950 XP and 0 (zero) XP wasted. Is it really hard for computer? Should I explain how the combinatorics works? Why the Hell they spent their time to code this useless feature that not working 9 of 10 times, instead of fixing bugs?! The same was said by players in the games discord community who are familiar with coding and the games code. Sadly we'll just have to decide if losing a bit of xp/affection is worth it to save time.
