Spend at least 3 real-life euros on a monthly subscription ("card") and you'll get your unclaimed rewards automatically. Otherwise, nope. And this isn't a bug but a well-known fact of how the game is monetized. Also note that the policy is to deny any request to credit rewards you forgot to claim on time, so don't contact Support about it.
