Not sure if this is the right place for Pornstar Harem but anyways it says once you confirm email and make a purchase then you get a "first purchase gift"..well I confirmed my email according to the link sent me it says validated already and made a purchase but still keeps saying my account not verified..I resent link many times to email and get the exact same messages. Anyone know why?

It's not. PSH has no forum, and Kinkoid wants it that way. You can go to the Discord linked in game instead.

Having said that (and now that I've moved your thread to the correct section, at least if this were an HH-related question)... What you're asking about is basic playing account stuff that holds true for any Kinkoid game, so no reason we can't pretend you didn't ask this for PSH specifically and give you the routine advice for email validation.

1. Change your email address in Settings (to another real one you really control, it's important)
2. Validate your new email address with the link you should hopefully receive
3. If you want, you can change your email address to what it was before once your account is validated again

Also, please don't use a meaningless title such as your own username when you create a thread. Make it clear what the message is about. You can change your thread's title by editing the opening post (three-dot menu top right of your post). Here, something like "Email Validation Issue" would have been a lot more useful.

If it was not validated, you can send a support ticket (it might not work for non-validated account), or contact the Kinkoid staff member (@Tohru - Kinkoid) on Discord, explaining your issue, with a screenshot of your profile (with profile ID).

It had happened to me on HH, I couldn't verify my account, no matter how many times I pressed on the validation E-mail link, so in the end, NoaCC had helped me after I contacted him on Discord (there was no other way).

You can't send a ticket when your email isn't validated no. The workaround I suggested rarely fails. But yeah, ofc if this fails my next move would have been to ping Tohru indeed. It's a bit early for that, though (and no need to go to Discord just for that, they can do it from the forum).

Thanks for the info..I rarely post in the forum so that is my question might have not been up to the rules here..as for your work around..I tried that a few times back and forth between a few of my email accounts but no such luck..I guess I will try discord next..I hate to ping people directly because I feel they got better things to do..thanks again for the info.
