The purchase options are working just fine and many players purchase many things every month. If you're unable to make a purchase, then it's an individual issue on your side. You should send a ticket to Support through the game menu directly. Menu -> Settings -> Support -> Create a new ticket. Include screenshots and explain your issue as clearly as possible. Cheers.
