Main difference compared to Lusty Race seems to be that you get Xtals from Leagues (not seasons), and Pantheon fights reward 3 Xtals.

Leagues - 1 Fight = 1 Xtal
Champions - 1 Ticket = 1 Xtal
Pantheon's Stairway - 1 Worship = 3 Xtals
Daily Goals - 1 Chest = 5 Xtals
