Afterwards, I was unable to install Harem Heroes on my new phone because I forgot my password. However, when I request to receive the "reset password" email, it is never received in my inbox (or spam folder). Any suggestions on the next step? You never installed the game on a computer or another device? Are you 100% sure you remember the email address you had registered to your account? If you have several, try them all. Otherwise, only Kinkoid might be able to help you retrieve your account. Do you have any other hard info about your account, such as your exact user name or user ID?
