Consistent Image for Girls when in Battle

The thing here, is that, some girls have 2* or 3* images that is, in my opinion, way better compared to their 4* or 5*. Take Arcana for example - her 2* is so much better than her 3*, in my honest opinion. However, even though I can view this and keep it consistent in my harem, when I battle - both in Arena and against Bosses - their images always defaults to the highest * star possible. It's a minor thing, but it's really annoying because I don't really want them to be in these forms that are just unpleasing to the eyes. Is there an option to ensure consistent images of the girls when battling in accordance to our will, or will the girls always fight in their highest * image as a default? Is there any indication that the devs may implement this? Or is this just a pipedream of another player in the end?

I totally agree. I also would love to see the girls/ guys using MY favourite poses during battles and not just a default pose (which is always the last unlocked/ highest unlocked affection pose). But the devs actually fully inteded this default choice of the pose. The reason for this to avoid players tricking opponents into thinking that they are less upgraded than they actually are (higher star = higher stat multiplier). It's at least understandable though we may not like it.

However I also made the same suggestion and added a possible solution to it. Maybe you want to add something.

You placed a lot of points in the post you made, and I agree with it - a simple implementation as such would be really helpful. To be honest, it is true that our only way to find out the enemy's level is through their poses. But in all honesty, as a new player myself that has only been here for probably a month, these poses really do mean nothing. Like, as I'm climbing up in PvP, when I see a new enemy I honestly don't know whether they're strong or not because I don't know them, much less their poses! The only time it matters is when I'm fighting the 'basic' guys/girls we receive from finishing the storyline.
I believe, as you have elaborated fully, Dunric, that it would be much more efficient and easier (for the noobs) to use stars instead and levels. That way we have an even more concise insight of the enemy's "harem power" when PvP. In addition to that, it would also allow us to view the girls/guys in our favorite positions.

Sorry for the lengthy reply, but I feel this should be helpful to new players.  I agree with all that, from both comments - the pros and cons.  The idea of girls' affection profile images being faithful to her highest rank is okay, except when you are competing against bots in the pvp (bots are computer-generated opponents set up by HH to make up a shortfall in available opponents in any particular rank).  These seem to show images as they are set up and tailored by the developer.  They might have an XP level of (say) 50 and (say) Sheheramazond on 2 stars (but with the opponent specialising in know-how, but his battle stats (esp. ego) do not reflect his girls at all.  The other dead giveaway for bots is that they can show girls on their team that are impossible for a regular player to get.  They might be event girls that are no longer available and also not now droppable in Epic Pachinko, yet the player's XP level might be far too low for him to have ever acquired this girl, the event having long passed before he started.

The only way to really be sure of your chances against an opponent is to look at his table of battle stats and check (first) their attack power - based on what the alpha girl in particular contributes and whether the value of your equipment matches your specialty; (second) their ego; third, the luck they're likely to have in getting a knockout blow compared to you (critical damage, maxed at 25%) and (fourth) their endurance.  It pays to check all this before selecting an opponent.  I have regularly beaten opponents at a higher ego than me (which means I have to go further to knock them down to size than if we were evenly matched to start with) because my attack power exceeded his by a margin.  Attack power is always the first asset to have and it means you can beat an opponent before your endurance runs out, or even before one of the girls has an orgasm and the beta girls come into play.  Your opponent will show defense stats too that are against specialties that aren't his own but maybe his opponent's.  These are a useful hedge against attack, but can still leave you vulnerable to a powerful and lucky attack if your critical damage percentage is significantly lower than his.  If you were evenly matched to start with, one or two lucky blows can spell your defeat, even if you were in front.

Other members have said beta or omega girls don't contribute much.  Mostly that's true, but if the battle is prolonged and excitement level of one of the alphas reaches 100% (and she orgasms), then the beta comes into play.  I have been in a situation where I have been heading for a loss then one girl orgasms and the betas come into play.  I always choose a next best beta in battle stats and, because I've done so, I've often been able to turn an imminent loss into a victory.  So, the same applies to assessing your opponent girl's battle stats (hardcore, charm, and know-how).  If you are evenly matched, the likelihood is that the battle will be prolonged and the beta (and possibly omega) girls will come into play and their stats become important.

The point I'm making is that, while opponents' battle team images are useful at a quick glance, it is far better to review your opponents' table of stats and compare them with yours before going into battle.  If you don't like the choice you made, you can go back to town and try again before engaging in battle.  It pays to take your time and be careful rather than paying too much attention to the opponent's battle team images.

bots are actually easy to recognize. their alpha girl has 1 star, and once you've been around long enough, you start to see a pattern in their names.

Thank you very much for the lengthy explanation: it gives quite an insight on the battles. However, you mention that the best way of finding out our chances is to look at the enemy's table charts: in that sense, what use is there in the girl's poses? I can understand if tricking opponents by changing the poses of the girls into a lower * level is something that the devs don't want to see happening, yet if doing so is actually not that beneficial, why keep it? Especially because although the battle is an important aspect of the game, I really wish it would be possible for us players to see the girls/guys in our favorite positions when doing battle.
