Noone knows and i doubt they'll disclose it. They didnt even bother to say: well she's legendary so she will be a little hard to get instead they said her drpp rate will be adjusted, how and does the number of girls you have affect the drop rate, or the drop of other girls... it seems newer players wiyh less girls have easyer time with her, but that's not confermed/denied yet. I got her on both accounts (now 95 girls and 73 girls), with just a couple of refills (7 and 3 I think). however, that does not mean that it isn't true I just don't think it's true.
