There's also a French section of the forum if you're more comfortable in French than English. Unfortunately no German forum. If you checked your missions yesterday and had already completed 5 of the event missions so far you should have received a set of 6 epic items. Just to confirm, you had completed enough of those missions? Did you log in yesterday? If you completed enough and didn't get the rewards, they may be able to give them to you manually.
