It's a different universe, and the females have harems as well. We might just simply join her harem, because the MC is good in sex without splitting up the romance between them. Every guy both has a harem and is part of the harem of every girl in his harem. At least that's how I understand the story. None of your girls are only devoted to you, they're only part of your harem. They're also part of lots of other guys harems. I mean, seriously. Maybe they'll switch it up and have him move back home to support his mother, while Shina swears off dating and embraces harem life to avoid getting her heart broken again.
