Newbie here. Got a couple questions:

Number one, what is "Excitement" and how does it work? I read the Dark Lord's battle tutorial, and it's not covered there. Is it like a recent addition to the game? If so, what does it do exactly?

Number two, besides their specialties and their rarity, are there any differences between the girls stat-wise? Is a Common girl as strong as a Legendary one, all else being equal? Would it be viable to keep someone like Bunny as your Alpha all throughout the game? Is there any point in grinding XP for girls you'll never use on your Orgy group or should I just focus on raising their Affection since levels seem to have no effect on Income?

excitement gets you the next girl on your team when filled and sets off your special ability in battle.

the base stats are different per rarity. a common girl will be weaker than a legendary girl at the same star and level forever. So Bunny at level 400 with 5 stars is much weaker than Levitya at level 400 with 5 stars. dividing xp is up to you. focus on the girls you are going to use and then spread out to the others. as the level overall of your harem will give you a boost in ego in the arena. and affection as far as I know and about a year of experience is the only way to increase payout and xp just helps with battle.

I figured as much. The only reason I asked is because so many Top 100 players seem to still be using Common girls on their team, it made me wonder. Then again, seeing how pretty much every girl above Common tier is either tied to some event or can only be gotten through Pachinko, I guess it's understandable.

the 5 star commons are still stronger than most of the other competition other than the 3, 5 star legendaries and Metal Noemy(5 star rare) for Charm players.

A number of things have changed in the time I've been playing ( about 6 months) that have changed what you want to focus on. For instance, legendary girls didn't exist 6 months ago.

Grinding XP for girls you don't expect to use is useful for contests. And you never know when someone will become useful, but generally you want to level up your group, but also a couple of others who might become important - girls you can't afford to get affection up up now, but might be able to later.

I have few rare or higher girls, so working on getting them what i can in terms of affection as my Omega as I can.

HC only has a few right now and I still see people that are still using Bunny as their alpha even around level 250 If they dont have Levitya or she is too low leveled.

Bunny has the best income so never a waste to level her affection up.

The excitement meter is based on your stat, lower excitement gives a smaller meter to fill.  It's calced by the overall strength of your alpha (all 3 stats) so stronger alphas generally give more meter to fill, but they also do more damage so its not really worth considering much.

It doesn't trigger your special ability, when the meter fills it triggers orgasms which do a burst of damage and bring in next girl, same for all classes.  Harmony increases your chance to trigger your special ability which is unrelated and can go off at any time.
