The only thing you can do is keep performing against them, and hope to get lucky. Also please try to post questions in the Q&A forum in the future @fahim2417, I'll move this one there now. If you are fighting against the first three bosses/trolls, then you will have a chance at the legendary girls. It's all about luck, may RNG be on your side. While the drop rate isn't confirmed by the devs, my guess is that the drop rate is like 1% or even lower than that but of course this is just my opinion so don't take it so seriously.
