Super Sexy in the Arena

I'm level 24 and the arena is usually a cakewalk, but now all of my opponents are suddenly much more powerful than me. They all have "Super Sexy" gear, so even tho they are under my level they have much higher stats. Why did this happen? Anyone encountered the same thing?

You are hitting the level range of old abandoned accounts.
Over 1.5 years ago, a legendary equipment set was handed out.
A lot of the players put it on, but then stopped playing shortly after.
They are still there in the ToF, which is annoying, but apart from asking the devs to finally retire old accounts from the ToF, nothing can be done about it.
You will outlevel them soon enough though.

Also you can get your own super sexy gear from Great Pachinko by playing a x10 game. I remember when I started playing thinking that legendary equipment must be really expensive to get, but they're not that difficult.

In fact, in earlier levels, playing great pachinko x10 can be a better way to get books/affection items than buying directly. Since the last pachinko update, you will only get rare items or better. From the data I collected, for the first 80 levels or so, 

the net worth of book + affection items + ymen you get from selling unnecessary equipment > ymen needed to spin great pachinko,

and it would be more profitable to spin than to buy. At around level 80, you don’t lose a lot from spinning it, and you can treat it as a way to upgrade your equipment for free (if you have a need for that affection item/book)

Just play some Great Pachinko 10x, you'll get the equipment, also upgrade your stats in the Market. 
Set up your gear every 10-15lvs or you will aways fall behind. And the Great Pachinko is really cheap, and usualy you'll pay 1/3 to 1/4 of the price of the Pachinko for the legendary gear, since you'll sell the itens that are not worthy, and will keep the Exp and Aff itens that you gain (always check their price to see how much the Great Pachinko have given you).
Also, save the aff and exp for girls you'll really use in your harem, don't use them on girls you'll not upgrade for money income or fighting, by the time you get a legendary 5 stars girl you'll thank me.

Even Viagra tells you to see a doctor for an erection lasting more than four hours.  So not sure what to make of this statement other than it being way off topic.
