At the same level, rainbow legendary >> mono epic. The boost in attack is not enough to compensate the loss in defence, harmony, and ego. It'd be hard to explain exactly why, but you can do some simulation to find out. Another way to consider it would be one point in main stat ~ four combined point in secondary/tertiary stat, since one main stat -> one attack, but one side stat -> 0.5 defence, combined with the fact that attack is useful against both classes while only one side stat is working for that specific class.

@Hotless Like, I like some of them, but that doesn't mean I have to buy them when the promotion isn't active. There are lots of assumptions you're making there, eg buying when promotion not active = like them very much, when they could in fact just be people without place to spend koban on. Perhaps the better way would be either to 1) ask about options separately, 1 question for whether you bought them, another for whether you liked them, or to 2) list all the options exhaustively, such as the one NotBlueNeon said (not buying despite liking some/all of them) and I said (buying only on promotion despite liking some/all a lot)

The question is, would anniversary worth spending koban on more than the other events though? Suppose I have a limited supply of koban, would it be better to stop spending koban not only on pachinkos, but also on refills for epic days, revival/classical events.

All of them are pretty solid advice, but I can't say I agree with the koban spending tip. Is there a reason you suggested us to keep koban above 4000-5000 koban at all time? I can't imagine not spending it on a revival event if I am only a few shards away from there.. And how much should I save for anniversary? Seems like it's almost time to start saving.

In fact, in earlier levels, playing great pachinko x10 can be a better way to get books/affection items than buying directly. Since the last pachinko update, you will only get rare items or better. From the data I collected, for the first 80 levels or so, the net worth of book + affection items + ymen you get from selling unnecessary equipment > ymen needed to spin great pachinko, and it would be more profitable to spin than to buy. At around level 80, you don’t lose a lot from spinning it, and you can treat it as a way to upgrade your equipment for free (if you have a need for that affection item/book)

agreed. being able to sort the girls at battle page/shop would be nice.
