Bundle cost

The game currently offers me a bundle for 10 euro, regularly worth 25 euro (250% value).
Of course we know these are not random numbers but a real financial promise that can be backed and explained (or it would be cheating the customers and against rules).

The bundle includes: 1,320 kobans, 2 million cash, 6 legendary items and 25 combat points.

The regular price for 1,320 kobans is 10 euro. I can buy 20 combats for 215 kobans - let's say 11 kobans per fight. 25 fights would cost me 275 kobans or about 2 euro.

2 million cash and 6 legendary items therefore cost 25-12= 13 euro.
Can you explain how I can spend 13 euro in the game to buy in-game cash and legendary items?

Or is it possible that there is a bug with how the benefit from the bundle was calculated?
Or should the bundle give more kobans to fulfill the promise of 250% value?
