I suggest to have demotion after few rounds of league when there are enough players in the top league such as 100 persons in Sexpert II. And also raises the reward for the top league to encourage players to promote into it just like the world premier soccer league does.

I know in order to maintain enough players in the higher level league, so the demotion from the league is cancelled. I think one thing is good not to have Contests like "A pervert mind in a sane body" to compete XP in the start day of the league like Thursday, Friday, it is more fair.
