  1. Thanks. I'm looking for a permanent home, and really don't care at all about club ranking so long as it's maxed. But I want to see what my former teammates are going to do, and I can't do anything for another 21 hours anyway. And anyone who quotes Dylan is OK by me.

  3. We had 35 members when the leader blew it up, all but a couple of whom were active (we kicked inactives after 47 warnings). The other two who have posted to this thread (Redbeard and freetovfrank) were both very active and excellent teammates. I don't know what their intentions are, though. Speaking for myself, I intend to keep playing. My only requirements for a club are (1) fully maxed (as you are) and (2) friendly.

  5. Ya think? Not sure if you saw the last posts, Red, but he said that he had put up the 600 kobans to start the club, so it was his to do with as he pleased. Including forfeiting our contributions and imposing a mandatory 24-hour cooldown by kicking everyone.
  6. For those of you who have just logged in and find yourselves club-less, Varnart got fed up with the game and quit. Despite many requests to the contrary, he took the club with him, thus throwing away all of our contributions to the maxed stats and success of the club. For those who wish to stay in touch, I've set up a Discord server. I was Tony in the club; my Discord user ID is Antonym#6916. Friend me, and I'll invite you. Hard to believe.
  7. Same problem, our club details: yesterday we had the changeover to the new girl in the middle of a round with Chad. We noticed that we had less than 24 hours to complete that round, not the usual thirty days, but we were getting shards for the new girl (Mika) as a reward. We had to (and did) spend kobans to avoid the individual cooldowns and finish the round in time. We did finish it, and got the shards toward Mika. This morning, we have a new champion - Ezekiel - and the reward is not shards towards Mika, but rather the affection item we would get if we had completed Mika. Which we didn't. She shows up in the harem, with the correct number of shards, but we can't finish getting her. WTF?
  8. Re: attack nerf. I have the club girl, so I had hit once to increase number of shards available for clanmates. I just tried it again, same team, same boosts. Less than half the first hit. That's not a nerf, it's an evisceration.

  10. Sorry if this has been asked before. I read upthread a couple of pages, but didn't go back to the beginning. It is our experience (as I see it is for others as well) that more club members participating in the battle means more shards. The question is as to the next step. Once a member gets the girl, s/he can still help the club by hitting once in the remaining battles. Does hitting more than once reduce the shards? IOW, if I have the girl and hit for total 100M impression, I may hurt the club by reducing the time for other members to get in, but will I also reduce the number of shards those who don't yet have the girl will get? Thanks.
  11. General reaction to the thread: Kumiko is pretty strong, third strongest HC girl behind Bunna and Murane. She has the same HC stat as a couple of other 5-star HC legendaries, but better backup stats. Should such a girl be easy to get? No; in any game, a strong NPC should require strong effort to come by. Otherwise, might as well just give them away. Should she require clan effort to get? I suppose that's a different question, the answer to which depends on how important to a player clan activity is. I've noticed that there exists a fair amount of online porn. The collective gaming aspect of HH is what, if developed further, can set it apart from a thousand other sites. You want anime porn? Lots of options. You want a sizable added dimension as well? Not so many. And this sizable added dimension, unlike most, doesn't require spending money. Seems like a win/win to me. The clan mechanics may well need improvement to make this work. There needs to be a mechanism to replace dead leaders (or preferably to have co-leaders), because dead wood needs to be pruned for the success of the clan. Every interested player needs to be able to join an active clan, and the forum should permit publicizing clans that kick for no reason (in fact, perhaps there should be a separate section for it). No reason I can see that those things can't be done.
  12. That's exactly what we've set up, but need more information to do it most efficiently. We're on our 7th or 8th round, and perhaps a quarter of us have Kumiko. We are trying to figure out how those members can best help those who don't have her, especially the weaker members and those short of tickets. At the moment, the members who have Kumiko are battling once, then just keeping an eye on the clock in case 24 hours looms (so far help hasn't been necessary). It would be very useful to know if that 1 battle is optimal - or 5, or 10, or 0 - the idea being to get shards to those who are having trouble. Anybody know? If anybody does, can you explain your answer? TIA. Finally, FWIW, most of us are extremely glad that there is FINALLY a clan activity. Would directly battling other clans be better? Sure. But walk, then run.
  13. Two vacancies (38/40) in club that, when full, is reliably top 40. All bonuses are maxed. Friendly club with busy chat (English). All we ask is to be active. Minimum level 370.

  16. The only attention I've ever paid to "mojo" had to do with Muddy Waters. I have no idea what it does in HH, but I understand that Seasons matchups are based on it. I am level 389, and I NEVER draw anyone less than 30 levels above me. Sometimes, the 3 opponents are all 60 levels above me. I don't have much chance against them. WTF? I see that I'm not the first to note this, so please just note my complaint. If this is the plan, please junk it and bring back the arena.
  17. I like the "club battles" idea better than the "shared girls" idea, but either would be a big improvement on nothing. There is much more potential for clubs in terms of game play than just stat bonuses. We've been talking about it too. So, Kinkoid, please get on it. Make Clubs Great Again! Yuch. Sorry.
