I do not have a create new ticket option in support

I payed for one of the monthly card and lookes like I was charged but on the home page stills says that the monthly card is expired

I'm at "getting to Know you XI" and I'm at 104000/100000

I also lost all achievements

Oddly enough, today I tried to get a new girl under gacha for the 9000 koban and instead I got a timed booster and one of the new charms
