  1. Lost many of the rewards from the last season because I save them for use as needed. However because the season ended on a holiday I never got to claim them all, including 2 girls. Can we get an auto-claim at the end of the season/major events?
  2. DvDivXXX, good thoughts on the why. Though I wonder if Hentai Heroes (and various alternate name of the same content on different services) has a mostly US audience? Looking at the player flags, it would seem not, or at least not to a overwhelming extent. However,I would expect that most financial transactions are handled by US companies, and they can be complete dunderheads when it comes to processing $$$ for adult content companies. So I see why the US legal framework could have an outsized influence. But I really hope not, cause for whatever reason the fantasies about Bunny and family have wormed their way into my pysche. Maybe they could do a KickStarter or Patreon project if it's not doable as a Kinkoid content. PS Golden Bunny on Hari with her celestial toys is my current favorite pairing. Golden Bunny is like a perfect angelic sex teacher for Hari.
  3. Okay, [Mod edit: am I the only one hoping to see] a little Carrot on Carrot play? I mean how hot would Alice and Louise be together? For that matter, the entire Carrot family would be a really great read. Here's hopping!
  4. I have to admit, Spook was never my favorite. However her new variation, Sleuthy Spook, gets it right. A great homage to 70's animation (Velma Dinkley, a Scooby Doo main character, 1st appeared 1969), and fantastic sex appeal. Good job on this one, guys!
  5. The reason I think a loss was unlikely is that Ego Reassurance typically gives Charm players significantly more Ego during battles than the base stat. True, it's sort of random, so I see a good deal of variability in battle results.
  6. I was quite surprised at this result from a leagues fight. On each go, the loss was substantial, with ghyn having about 100k ego left. I would have thought my much higher stats and much higher unity would at least make it a close fight. What do you all think? Is jacking up your class stat the way to go? Is gyhn a mutant monster with an outsized ego?
  7. That's still a lot of pachinko tickets. Just at a guess, each 10x Great Pachinko ticket yields 16,000 points (8k per ticket, money worth 20M or 8k more points). That's something like 350 tickets expended. It will be interesting to see if others challenge at the end or not.
  8. This is just insane. While I typically don't play in these contests (It's simply not fun for me), the amount of resources my brackets have available would make it impossible anyway. Just to put things in perspective, if we say that Epic Pachinko draft is 100k points and costs 6,000 kobans, the top player has played about 50 times, which means he invested 300,000 kobans more or less. At the best koban/dollar purchase (15.6k kobans = $100) that's on the order of $2000. The highest points for non-koban entries is mythic pachinko 6 games at 35.7k...or 157 odd attempts. In the months mythic pachinko has been live, I've collected about 10. So now I'm curious if the top tier shown here is actually spending that much money or if their resources (non-koban pachinko tickets) are 10-20x what I have available. I'm glad I've opted out of of this type of contests, since I can see the frustration and disappointment it could foster. Good luck to everyone that doesn't have Guymao's resources.
  9. It really would be nice to see a random, secret ending time for these contests. The amount of last minute sniping must be enormous as all those players lucky enough to be awake during contest end take advantage. 3 of 3 'contests' I've gone from top five down into the 11-25 tier just for not being willing to get up at 3am.
  10. I have to agree with Linkdream above. These sorts of contests aren't fun. I should have looked up my comments on the 1st contest and just steered clear of this one. But no, I decided to give it a swing hoping things would be different. Nope, even worse results than last time; a huge amount of resources wasted for 75 shards. So not only didn't I get anything for the effort and the immense frustration at seeing the results (reset for me is yucky early in the morning) of people are lucky enough to live in more convenient time zones being able to snipe at the minutes to use just the right amount of stuff to edge me out. Big thumbs down for this style of contest.
  11. As an update, I just did 4 more attempts using 4 Four orb passes purchased as part of your $20 offer. Still no girls, which makes me 0-10 for event pachinko. It's starting to make the 'high chance' description seem pretty sketchy. I'm sure others will point out 'RNG is RNG' but that doesn't help with game enjoyment or feeling as if spent money was wasted.
  12. While some people are unhappy with the event, I see it as a positive. Lots of pretty new girls, scattered around so that nearly everyone can continue with which ever boss they were working on anyway. My personal strategy on events has always been to decide which one I like best (appearance followed by type (charm, HC, KH)) and then just whack away. If I get a new girl, great. Through the event I do some drop rate calculations to see if I want to spend the kobans to get more attempts. I would rather have these sorts of events than the competition type.
  13. Devs, Have the event pachinko odds changed? I'm 0-6 in getting a girl after spending the 1800 kobans for each attempt. While I'm sure it's statistically possible, it doesn't match my experience when doing event pachinko on earlier events.
  14. I wouldn't mind a 'random avatar' button. Being able to click on it a few times till I see something new/interesting/pretty would be my preferred way of using some of the avatars I've collected.
  15. Went to bed 12th, woke up 30th. Ended up with 75 shards which is just the same as 0, so I wasted a bunch of resources to be sniped by people that live in different time zones closer to resest. Yay. great. Yep, it's Monday. Hope the developers put out a survey on this.
  16. While I'm glad the above posters are having fun, I can't say I'm having much success or really enjoying the event. I refuse to get up at 3am to try and play at reset. For me it's been significant resources expended and finishing in the top half only once. That means actually getting the girl is highly unlikely, and colors my opinion strongly against this event. Yesterday's contest was particularly unfun as I dropped from 18th to 26th over night. I prefer the other type of contest where you were meeting goals rather than competing against other players. From a game theory point of view having real time scores posted and having a known end time gives significant advantage to the players active at the end. Another game I played dealt with contest like this by 1) leader boards were only updated every 2 hours. 2) For a given contest, your personal timer started by a button push, lasted 4-8 hours during which time you could do things that affected your score 3) published the results the next day.
  17. Praise be to the RNG, finally finished Alban on the 5th time through. I don't think I'll be back to Sky Harbor for at least 50-60 levels. 300k per attempt versus 20M 'impression' makes for about 70 tickets.
  18. My stats are maxed, have some boosters, and girls have max affection and all are above 350th level. Current stats are shown below.
  19. When fighting Alban with zero defense (5th segment, 3rd time through) I noticed that Alban's girl hits for about 65k damage (140k when her pose is matched). This seems absurdly large compared to my girls who top about about 35k with my level 364. Assuming that attack scales linearly with level, that means Alban is somewhere around level 700....
  20. As a Charm Player, having zero defense is a huge disadvantage, one that doesn't seem to have a parallel with the other classes. Alban in particular is major pain since he seems to get normal crits and the player doesn't.
  21. Alban just plain up bites on the 5th section. Fight lasts about 4 rounds before I get slaughtered and I do about 250k impression...against 13M points. What a fucking grindy drag.
  22. Fighting Visor for the 5th time through. Getting about 250k 'impression' against him, which makes getting to 13M a long, frustrating slog. I thought by the time I was 360th level I'd have a decent chance, but I guess now. And to make it even less fun, he's recovering 1.3M every day...so I have to fight 6 times just to stay even. It's like having a loan with 100% interest every day. Assuming I can can actually make it to the end, I'm likely to give up on Champions. Just not much fun at this point.
  23. So as people have pointed out, the key to sniping (no matter if you enjoy it, hate it, laugh when you steal a prize at the last second, ect) is that players know to the second when a contest ends. It would be easy enough to set up the various contests so that they end without notice, at a random time. For example, imagine a contest that runs for 24 hours + 0-10,800 seconds (0-3 hours) random time. The server calculates when during the random time frame the contest actually ends, but doesn't tell anyone. When end is reached (and only the server knows the actual time), the results are tabulated by the server but held secret till the end of the 3 hour window. During the random window, players are free to do whatever they want, but due to the uncertainty of the actual end point they can't be certain if what they are doing will have any effect on the actual outcome. The game plays as normal, but anything done after the secret end time has only the effect of costing resources of the player involved. For a cautious players, they can stop at 24 hours. For players that want to gamble, they can continue to play into the random window. They are essentially betting their resources against whether the secret end time has been reached. It's up to each player to determine risk vs reward when playing into the random time frame. It is this random factor that will limit sniping, since it drastically changes the expected return equation. 3 hours is a bit arbitrary. An hour might be long enough. Depending on how the devs feel about moving contest ending times to different time zones, the duration (base + random) to keep things as they are now, or set up contests that shift the ending time around the various time zones so that everyone gets a chance to be awake/playing during the random time windows.
  24. I disagree that it can't be fixed. I can think of a couple of ways that would address the issue.
  25. This game is starting to go down hill as the level of sniping increases. More and more I see last minute, even last second changes in the rankings of contests, with leagues being the worst of the lot because of the kobans involved. Sadly, the actual results are never shown, so you can't tell who the greedy bastards are. So what's the consensus? Do we decide that's just part of the game or try to come up with a fix?
