I get it, that makes sense. And I also get that keeping it closed here on the forums will redirect interested parties to those platforms. But I personally can't stand either one & hope that if/when exposure grows that they reopen "forum" contests... I dunno... maybe on the forums, in addition to those venues if they wish. Dr. Lust Posted April 29, 2020 Share Posted April 29, 2020 (edited) What I hear from the "black hats" and other assorted "bad guys" on the internet, for people who let their guard down and innocently reveal too much information, facebook is nothing but a gold mine for ID thieves who know how to exploit the innocent people who reveal to much about themselves. Knowing that I have stayed off the grid so to speak and away from any social media. I hope they run the contest here again. Mostly breaking news related to sports lineups for fantasy teams, or when someone posts a link in a forum to something interesting. I always use it as a guest. I have a Facebook account, got it when an friend and ex-girlfriend ( same person) convinced me to do so. I now post rarely, do use it to send messages, and sometimes comment on peoples feeds. I probably get tagged for somebody wanting info or thinking I can help someone, more than I post. Used to play games there, but this is NOT something I'd post about on FB. That's not what a weekly contest is for. KK wants you to participate as an extra in it's add campaigns on facebook and twitter. I don't like facebook because all of my family is on it and they can find out I'm a degenerate in this way too by playing HH. Twitter is just a hot mess of filthy filthy hate, so that's avoided. And I get that they want to use US, their customers, as their PR department as well. Which I find shitty but hey its cool. What I can't stand though is the PITIFUL amount of kobans and shards they offer now for doing THEIR JOBS. So yeah. My feeling on that.
