League reset to give 15 tickets but can't use them

I noticed just after 11pm this evening that I had 15 league tokens.  This is the time the league used to reset for me.

I was able to use 1 but the number of tokens remained at 15.

I can no longer use them though, The error I get is "Not enough challenge energy".

I hope this will not cause me any further problems in this league since I'm happy with my current position at 10/11 and just wanted to maintain it.

I also have no idea what is going to happen after the current league session ends tomorrow morning.

Mine fixed and I can use them now, though I have 0 now. Forgot about the refill bug and only in theory gained 2 from it. Hope that I am not screwed over later with no reset with league change.

Mine just fixed as well.  I was able to do 1 battle and then the number reset to 0 so I did lose whatever I had before 11. We'll see what happens next.

Twice in the past couple of days my League page has said I've had 15 tickets but when I try to use them all in one go, the site just stops and thinks and doesn't stop thinking until I refresh the page.

If I use just one ticket, then that works - and usually it says I have less than 14 tickets remaining (this time it was 3 remaining, the time before it was 6).
