Cannot login

Hello,

After a purchase the game reloaded and since then when I try to log in there is the loading page that quickly appear and then I'm back on the main page of the game like a new player. I don't know what happened and why I cannot log in anymore. I cannot contact the support as the same thing happen when I click on the "Support" button.

Any idea how this can be fixed ?

Hello @kYuBin, do you have a discord account? I'd like to redirect your problem toward a community manager and it would be faster this way.

We can still do this here but it would be inconvenient and very very slow for you. It's a serious problem that needs to be adressed as fast as possible.

If you're playing in a browser, try clearing your cache and then reload the page, see if that works.
If you're playing on the mobile app, delete the app and reinstall it, try if that works.

Let us know, if you're still having issues after trying those.

So my browser was the issue, I didn't think of that. Thank you for the tips and help !

Last thing I wanna check with you: you said in you first message "after a puschase" did you get what you purshased?
