These 2 new common are not new. there just reused event missions. "Medickal Check-Up" is day 4 of event "Secret Identities" 2023-04-01 to 2023-04-10 and "Carnivore on the Loose" is day 3 of Event "Femme Fatales" 2023-02-01 to 2023-02-10 So when these events are revived on these days we'll see the common and event version of the same entry.
