I've tried many supposedly similar recommended games on Nutaku and beyond and nothing even begins to compare to HH in terms of art style and quality or even story wise. Even though it's not perfect and especially for those of us with more diverse sexual fantasies and approaches to sexual interactions than your basic mainstream porn flick, nothing more niche than that with even half the quality came to my attention.
