Invalid start?!?

When playing the game and I hit the "play times ten" button I sometimes get a "invalid start to battle" error. I don't know why this happens, but it most certainly isn't by me doing anything illegal in the play of the game. Worse, when I click on the "X" to close this screen I am penalized 10 combats and receive nothing in compensation. The game literally robs me of those 10 combats! I've attached screen shots showing the portions of the screens where this behavior occurs. To better explain here are two screenshots. The first shows my available combats and is showing the "invalid start" game error. The second shows that despite the game screwing up I have lost the 10 combats from my total. and have received zero in rewards for those combat combats which started in an invalid way!

The first couple of times this happened I wasn't paying attention so I lost 20 combats without getting anything and that's my fault for not paying attention. The third time I was paying attention, took the screenshots and submitted a support ticket. I received the standard cookie cutter response

We kindly ask you to press Ctrl+F5 while on the game page. In case the issue persists, clear your browser's cache and cookies and make sure that the third-party cookies are allowed. Afterward, restart the browser and then try to open the page again. Alternatively, you can also try through a different browser like chrome, mozilla, safari or edge. Please be advised that we do not recommend using opera to play our games.

If you are using the app version, please clear the app data and cache and then uninstall and install the app again.

Now I have had this error occur for a fourth time so I can rule out a freak glitch. I do not know a way around the error which has cost me 416 kobans and 40 combats. If anyone does know how to avoid the error I would be most appreciative to know what it is. @Noacc, I can live without being compensated for a game system loss, but the cookie cutter response for a genuine ingame bug/error was totally irrelavent to the issue being reported.

Please send a ticket through Main Menu -> Settings -> Support -> Create a new ticket. Provide your screenshots and as many relevant details as needed to describe your issue: what happens, when, how, for how long or how often, etc.  (and also what device you play on, what browser etc.). Cheers.
