Questions about Resonance gear?

Questions about hero & harem resonance gear. Do you need all six pieces for the resonance bonus to activate? How do you know the resonance bonus is active? Does the gear need to match in grade, class, scheme & pose to activate?

No. Each bonus on a given item activates whenever you equip it on a girl that matches the requirement. If you want all three bonuses active (only possible for Mythic items), then yeah, you need to match all three requirements. But say a CH Yellow Nosedive item will give the CH bonus on any CH girl, the Yellow bonus on any Yellow girl, and so on. But only all three bonuses on a CH Yellow Nosedive girl.
