If the girl is submissiv you should use girls with the same hair colour in the battleteam.

This is written in the description of the corresponding skill. For some it is hair color, for others it is eye color, for others it is her favorite pose, and for others it is their zodiac sign. Next, you look to see which of the girls has the same parameter and add it to the team so that this skill has an effect. If one of the added girls has the same skill and you upgraded it, the effect is cumulative.
