That is if you have completed 12of the 14 quests/missions. If you have not, sorry to say, but you will have to wait 1 year for the revival event and get her from the pachinko. Waiting won't help much... the Event ladies (the ones you get from finishing the 12 missions) do not appear in the pachinko during revival events.
