  1. Is that a joke? I DID answer a post you did in the thread you did it. I got a warning for hijacking and then you literally asked me to open a new thread. Developer communication (or lack thereof) IS the point. My "pieces of advice" were pointing out that you don't communicate with the community and when you do you hide shit and lie. My "advice" was to be more active and stop bullshitting us. "As active as I expect it" isn't much. Read what I wrote. I said be "a little more active than you are now". And no, you haven't taken any actions. Posting on 2 of the 6 threads I called you out on is NOT fixing the problem. In one post you answered a simple question. In the second post you acknowledged the problem being presented and took no action. We are eternally grateful for the 30 seconds it took to do this. We still don't have the Legendary Days FAQ. No shit. That's exactly what I said. You quote me as saying "Obviously not everyone will be happy with the answers you give", and your response is that not everyone will be happy with the answers that you give. Did you read my next sentence? "But at least if you give open, honest answers, people will have to respect your transparency". 1) Developer or not, you are the only representative we have to talk to. If you speak for the developers, then speak. If you don't, then why are you here? 2) No shit the drop rates are random. Nobody is questioning this. 3) As for going to the community and telling the drop rates? The community has been begging and pleading for this with absolutely no answer as to why you hide it. No game does this? Tons of games do this! Hell, many games are required by law to do this. Consider the "mad discussion", whatever the hell that is, stopped. I'm done with you and done with the forums. Absolutely nothing gets accomplished here. Intelligent players voicing legitimate concerns, smart questions, and excellent ideas are ignored. Smile, Jessie, as this will be my last post. You will no longer have to worry about my bringing up logical, fact-based arguments for you to ignore. You can go back to telling everyone how happy we are with the game that you are apparently not associated with.
  2. Excellent thread. I especially like all of the logic and reason you give for your criticism. You have thoughtfully evaluated the product, come up with precise, specific points of concern, and laid out some clear suggestions to make it better. Great work, this thread should be very helpful.
  3. It's been fixed now? She still shows up as "Regined" in my harem.
  4. Following up on my discussion with Jessie, originally started in the following thread. I suggest reading the posts predating this one to best understand the issue I'm trying to address. 7 hours ago, JessieChan posted: Dear, @YoyoHH On the Kinkoid side, we need time to schedule everything we want to do. We're not a huge team of hundreds of employs like other game companies. We kindly ask you to respect that and be patient with us, we can take time, but we always answer. The threads you suggested were answered or a personal note was added.A thread that was supposed to be a nice feedback from a player turned into a big discussion. I can see your frustration, and I want to say to you, that I am here to answer your questions, even if it takes a day, two or more, if it's complicated. I am here to provide support, but also manage a lot.You are a player, you don't have to care for what I have to do but I think we can both agree, that a better relationship between us could make a lot of difference in this forum. You are acknowledged more here and you are respected.I hope that we can work together on questions, mysteries, and doubts because the most important thing for a player is to believe in the developers of his favorite game, to know that all the updates and changes are there to only bring better experience, not the opposite. I am the same with all the games I play.I can propose to you, that we open an official thread on which we can address all the doubts and questions on the way, that you and other players have. This way we can avoid frustration and be more transparent. You will lead it. If you have a better idea, please let me know. Please, let me know what would be the perfect solution for you.Thank you,Jessie Kinkoid @JessieChan Thank you, Jessie. I appreciate your posted responses on the threads in question. Per your suggestion, I have started this thread. On a personal note, I sympathize with the difficulty of your job and the job of the rest of the developers. I am not ungrateful and am obviously a fan of the game you've developed. We all are. If I wasn't happy with the product, I wouldn't play. For the record, I do not believe you should immediately accommodate every request made on the forums. A tremendous number of questions are posed by idiots who couldn't be bothered to read the forums themselves or check the wiki. You also have to deal a high number of general complaints about the game being too hard, the girls not dropping fast enough, etc. I get extremely frustrated reading some of these, so I can only imagine how tough it is for you. My first suggestion to you is a simple one. I believe it is in the development team's best interest to be more active on the forums. Not crazy active, but just a little more active than you are now. Keep an eye out for threads that are legitimate. There are questions about the game that we just don't have answers to. Quick, simple answers to good questions or suggestions go a very long way in building trust. My question regarding boss drop rates resetting is a good example. It was a simple question that needed official clarification. You, as someone in the know, was able to read it and answer it in probably a couple of minutes. What was frustrating for me, and what frustrates the community in situations like this, is that it took 2 weeks for a response to be posted. And if I hadn't hijacked the other thread and called you out specifically, it likely would still be waiting for a response. You've talked about transparency before, and that often gets thrown in your face by players. The reason is that saying you're going to be transparent doesn't always equate to being transparent. The developers have been accused on the forums of dodging issues and withholding their reasoning behind their decisions. Unfortunately, these accusations have been accurate. My second suggestion for this is also simple. Own your decisions. Obviously, everyone will not be happy with the answers you give. But if you at least give open, honest answers, people will have to respect your transparency. We're big boys, we can handle it. As an example, look at your biggest complaint on the forums - "The girls won't drop for me!". You know what I and the rest of the community would love to hear from you? This -> "Hi everyone, here's the deal with drop rates. They are super low. The system is designed for the game to be long term, and earning girls should take a long time. We don't want you to win every single girl from every single event. Winning girls should be special. This game is not about collecting every single girl, it's about collecting who you can when they are available. Being active and playing smart will help you acquire more girls, but you will miss some, so get used to it. When events come around you can choose to go after girls, and that choice means losing revenue. You might win or might not. It's a risk, it's based upon luck, and that's what the game is about. No, we're not going to post the drop rates because <insert unknown developer reason here>. We've designed the game this way because we think that a random chance of winning keeps the game exciting and draws out your experience. You don't have to like it, but that's our thinking. Nothing is set in stone, and we continue to make adjustments to the game based upon your feedback". You would get a standing ovation. Thanks for the hard work that you and the team put into the game, we all appreciate it and look forward to continued improvements going forward.
  5. Thank you, Jessie, for reading this thread and responding. I was hoping for some more details, but I'm happy knowing my concern has been successfully communicated and the development team is aware of the problem. All we can hope for now is that a fix to the system will be able to be implemented.
  6. Jessie, Thank you for answering so clearly and completely. A simple question with a simple answer. I realize your time is limited and appreciate your response to clear this up.
  7. This is a minor change, but undeniably a change for the worse. I can see no benefit of the seconds being removed from the timers. If it makes the game run smoother, it's a debatable change at best. If it doesn't make the game run smoother, as those in the know seem to be stating, then it pointlessly makes the game less user friendly.
  8. We are still patiently waiting for a developer response on this pretty terrible mechanic. As hahero stated, this thread will explain a bit about how arena opponents are chosen and how your mojo reward/loss is calculated.
  9. @JessieChan You may have seen it posted throughout the forums (I know I have), where people refer to the "empty promises" made by the developers. This is what they are talking about. A week ago you posted here, reassuring me that you would give a response. You could have actually given a response at the time. Instead you came on to say you would give a response. It's been a week. You mentioned it will take a while because of "a lot of tasks" I gave you. Really I just suggested a number of threads that could really use a developer response. Reading a few threads and posting a response should not take that long. You're not hiding anything. If someone posts a question and you're on the forums (you were as of 8 hours ago today) just post an answer. As of a week later you have responded to none of these threads. If you had posted nothing here I wouldn't have been surprised. I didn't expect you to, as you are obviously not very active on the forums and (I hope) doing work much more important than corresponding directly with me. But when you specifically say you are going to do something, and then don't do it, that's a larger problem. It's why the community, for the most, part doesn't seem to have any faith in the development team. The Legendary Days FAQ, by the way, was now promised (by you) 22 days ago, well before the Norou event. How long could it possibly take to write up an FAQ that will probably have no new information for us, anyway? I bet I could write the FAQ in about 15 minutes. What could it possibly contain that has delayed its release by 3 weeks?
  10. "Advanced Member" is only a forum title. You are a "Newbie" because you only have 4 posts. The title is based only upon your forum activity and has nothing to do with your in-game progress.
  11. Getting autowins against people weaker than you is exactly how a competitive PVP system works, IF all PVP wins are going to earn equal rewards. But, as your second point indicates, a scaling reward system would likewise solve the problem while maintaining tiered competition. That's why I included both potential solutions in my original post. Either reward the top tiered players with easy wins OR with better rewards. Currently, the system gives them neither.
  12. "Where are they"? I just told you they are not available. As far as "when" they were available? Levitya, a Hardcore legendary 5-star girl, was available in March from Dark Lord. The event was called "Legendary Days". Norou, a Know-How legendary 5-star girl, was available a few weeks ago in May from Ninja Spy. The event was also called "Legendary Days". Neither are currently available. There were in-game mails for both events notifying players of the upcoming events, which were only 4 days long. In addition, the forums have absolutely exploded with information regarding them. there are not, however, background changes or additional missions associated with Legendary Days.
  13. Like all event girls, they were collected exclusively during the event's time period. Some event girls from the past have been made available during revival events or during the anniversary event, so it's possible we may see them again. Unfortunately, under the current game design, a lot of girls are unable to be acquired after their availability period expires. Both of the legendary 5 star girls fall under that category.
  14. Saving affection and money may or may not be a good idea, depending on what your pvp pool looks like. If you are winning a lot without her, then spending your affection/money to upgrade your current harem will be more profitable in the long run (since you won't really gain a lot of additional cash or items after she joins your team). However, if your pvp wins will increase dramatically by adding a higher-tiered legendary girl, it might make more sense to wait. Remember, you will need over 85,000 affection and $34,000,000 to get her to 5 stars. That kind of scratch doesn't just magically appear in your wallet, it takes time to acquire. The girls you get before then will have absolutely no impact on your chances of getting her. Collecting more kobans for refills is all you can do, although even that doesn't necessarily increase your odds of winning or put you closing to a successful drop. It ust gives you more quarters to put in the slot machine. Good luck!!!

    Ideas Main

This has been suggested many times before, it seems to be a common request among the players. It used to be that the girls' poses were set in order to keep their levels visible. Knowing a girls' level pre-fight was considered necessary back when you could pick your opponents on the tower. Obviously, this is no longer an issue due to 1) you can no longer pick your opponents, and 2) the girls' levels and stars are posted on their portrait pre-fight now. I have never heard of any developer response as to why this is not available. It is likely just as simple as "hey, we're too busy right now with other shit to make this change", but since the developers almost never answer questions or comment on ideas and suggestions, we don't know. I suggested in another thread that Jessie should read and comment on this Ideas thread. She promised she would, but then again, promising things is kind of her thing. Following up is another issue.
  16. I keep track via time. You earn 1 point of combativity every 30 minutes, so that's 48 points per day. 7 days of the festival event and 2 days (so far) of the prehistoric event) = 432 points. I had a full combativity bar at the start of each event. So that's 20 more points per event = 40 points + 432 = 472 points. Today is day 3 of prehistoric event, and so far 13 hours in, so that's another 26 points. 472 + 26 = 498 points spent total fighting Edwarda and Gruntt. 498 fights without an event girl drop. Keeping track of fights would be a lot more difficult if the girls actually dropped, but I would happily take that trade off.
  17. Girls, you're both pretty. It was a misunderstanding. Natstar quoted a post in which the example was given of a player nemed Mimosa. Natstar noted that "he" doesn't finish his dailies, etc. His comments were meant towards the player named Mimosa. However, the conversation up to that point had been about Mez. It was unclear, at first glance, that Natstar was talking about Mimosa and not Mez (Mez was also mentioned as part of the quote). Mez replied harshly, thinking the comment was about him, and now we have several posts in a row of useless bickering. Arguing over stupid shit like this is why these threads are ignored by the developers.
  18. 9 days and 485 fights since the start of the Festival Event. That's a full 20 combativity at the start of each event and every free combativity point available since. All fights against Edwarda (festival) and Gruntt (prehistoric). Not one event girl has dropped.
  19. This is perfectly stated in just the right amount of detail. This is why we want drop rates posted. People who say "posting the drop rates won't help you" are not taking this into consideration. Posted rates help us to 1) make informed decisions on how to spend combativity, and 2) help to recognize when the game is broken.
  20. I see, I made a mistake looking at the mojo rankings. Thanks for following up.
  21. Fair enough. So we all agree it is not cheating, it is not a glitch, and it is not an exploit. It could possibly be considered poor game design, which is common all over this game. It is not a problem now and hurts no one. It might possibly become a problem in the future, but the Non-Defensive Pact will stop occurring the moment leagues arrive, anyway. So what the hell are we even talking about? There is literally no legitimate argument against this in any language.
  22. There are no hints. Just keep fighting the boss. The girl might drop on the first fight or it might take 10,000 fights or more. Technically, the drop chance is supposed to increase slightly each time you win and fail to get a girl, so your odds increase but that does not necessarily translate into better success. It's still a random roll each time. There is nothing you can do to affect the drop chance. There is no help to be given. Either keep fighting or give up, but those are your only options.
  23. First of all - Holy shit, Mez, that is impressive. Secondly, I'm interested in how many of your opponents are bots. I found you on the mojo list, and there are no players within 1,000 mojo and within 15 levels of you. I started a thread on this issue recently, and I'm interested in any feedback you can give. Are 100% of your opponents bots? If not, where are your opponents located on the tower of fame in comparison to you? How much mojo do you get from each win? is it variable or is it just 1 point each time? Obviously, you are extremely well geared and running a maxed Levitya. I'm not insinuating at all that you are not an excellent player, because you would likely steamroll most players in your level range, regardless. I'm just interested in seeing if you are able to pull real opponents based upon your ranking and level. since it's still unclear how opponents are chosen. Here's a link to the thread I mentioned.
  24. Google translate is your friend. English translation: "I'm not saying it's cheating, but it's cheating because it's a flaw in the system, it's called Glitch. Quite simply this is a loophole that will be a problem when leagues and guilds arrive. And it will be necessary for the developers to look into the problem and that they come out that it is not possible to cheat using this flaw. My goal is to put my finger on something that was not easily detectable easily and that was probably not planned by the developers of the game." It's definitely not a glitch. The game is working as intended. If it is a flaw in the system (which is subjective), it is one of a dozen flaws in a game that has several mechanics that don't make logical sense. As far as it being a problem "when leagues and guilds arrive", nobody is disputing that point. And if you read my post above, I clearly point out that everyone will stop doing this once leagues arrive. And leagues haven't arrived yet, so it is currently irrelevant. Obviously, when leagues arrive the developers will need to address the problem of win-farming using multiple accounts. Again, nobody is disagreeing. However, it is absolutely not a problem right now. Your argument makes no more sense in French than it does in English. And by the way, your French translates literally into "it's cheating because...". You can't say "I'm not saying it's cheating" and then say "but it's cheating" in the same sentence.
  25. Yeah, the whole "I do not speak English well", while normally a valid excuse, doesn't fly here, my friend. You said "I doubt that it was expected that players do organized cheat". Then, in the same post, you said "it is a lack of respect for the players who do not cheat". Granted, your English is not perfect, but you clearly used the word "cheat" twice. Chthugha then posted "It's not cheating when it's allowed by the game". This is an excellent point, which counters your argument. Your response was "I did not say that it is cheating". You didn't say you used the wrong word. You said you didn't say it. Well, you clearly did. I pointed out that you did, and your response was to state that you do not speak English well. English is obviously not your first language, and I respect your effort at communicating on an English forum. You're doing a hell of a lot better than I would do on the French forum. You made a weak point. Chthugha made a good point. You backtracked your words, then blamed the language when called out on it. In any language, the words you use are clearly visible for others to see.
