I´m on step 10 right now ( done by tomorrow 11am ish) I didn´t spent the kobans and I´m saving the free combativity for next months event yet still I´ll finish the event for free on the second to last/ last day (depending on what contest will be on once I get to that task) It´s totally doable for free.. obviously you´ll need to log in a few times a day to do so and good time management

It´s the PoP "tutorial" you´ll need to follow bunny´s instructions by clicking on the ok button if you do so it should normally disapear. If it doesn´t I´d recommend to send a ticket to the support team.

I´m sorry that you feel that way but if LC isn´t one thing, than a lottery .. it´s probably the easiest way for newer players or players in general to get a 5 star legendary girl. Especially if you use your resources smart and plan ahead.

I guess you´ll have to wait for a new girl to be released but that´ll probably take a while
