You probably just assumed that you're getting demotion just by staying in the lowest reward group. That's why you remember it so.

Easy, tiger. Demotion rule always have been "last 15 places or 0 score". In a 112-player league players ranked 98-112 have demoted.

New Feature: Pantheon’s Stairway Or How to Become a Sex God To unlock the Stairway, you need to have reached Level 15! You can access it through the homepage menu by clicking on “Sex God Path”. The Sex God Path includes Champions and the Pantheon’s Stairway. Other PvE features will come later with even more engaging gameplay. Stay tuned for our next challenge on the Sex God Path! What is Pantheon’s Stairway? It is a place for performances and is structured in Temples. Each Temple is represented as a team of 7 girls you have to perform against. If you can’t beat the Temple, you remain on it until you win. If you win, you progress to the next floor and win a reward. There is a new type of energy used in the Pantheon’s Stairway: Worship. Worship works similarly to the Kisses in the Seasons. You must use 1 Worship to start a battle. You can store up to 10 Worship (players without a Monthly Card). In about a couple of hours, 1 Worship is generated (you get 10 Worship for the 24 hours of a day). There is a Leaderboard displaying the top 1000 players (the ones who have reached the highest floors). Rewards The higher temples you reach, the bigger the rewards you will get. There will be a reward for every new floor you get to. The rewards are Gifts, Books, different Orbs, and, of course, girls. Exclusive hot legendary 5-grade super babes! Hey @Starfyre137 All I can answer is that problem has been acknowledged. The preliminary summary was that certain combinations of apple browsers and devices may have this problems due to memory issues (and it's the likely explanations why it can sometimes work). Also as a temporary solution, if you have access to another device, you can try claiming your rewards there.

Hey @Dardah You should probably try to contact your bank first and ask them: if your transaction is being blocked for some reason, do they see it, etc. It should be quick to check and if it's on their end - you'll know. Then if your bank says it's not them, you can try creating a Support Ticket within the game (top-right menu -> settings -> customer support) and describe them your situation and provide additional details if/when asked. This process can take a while. Hope this helps!
