(Moved to Q&A) @Samueldeva Hey As @Sinnin have said - it's random and bad streaks happen all the time. In the past I've made a visualisation for the forum showing how good and bad shard streaks can look over the course of several days. Periods of several days with just a few shard drops can indeed happen and on the other hand there can be streaks of good luck giving you a lot of shards (sometimes in sequences) in just one day. So I would recommend against contacting support, calling it a bug, and demanding compensations. Just saying.

Hey @Skyelogan That one confused oldtimers for a while. The explanation was simple - you received another girl through a promo. This replaced Ankyo as your starting girl. You should still be able to get Ankyo from Epic Pachinko, but this would take a while.
