That's why it's better to actually *read* the forum posts, instead of sitting at your desk "looking" and "feeling". If you had read the posts, you would have read plenty of post by people like me, who say the event is perfectly possible, but the price to be paid in how this event affects play outside the event itself makes the balance swing to the negative side. As for it being better to try, I couldn't disagree with you more. I'm having an amazingly relaxed few days, building up my kobans, I don't have to spend time doing things in a certain order, I spend my ticket effectively (ie: for max reward and it's fine when a champion goes on cooldown), I spend my yemen effectively (ie: not repeatedly doing pachinko just so I get enough things that I can sell and hopefully don't lose more than 30%). And ofc I couldn't care less about a bunch of badly done drawings of tits and ass (I refuse to call these drawings of women) that are inconsistent both with each other and with other game material. If you enjoyed the event, excellent! I'm happy for you (really!). If you disagree with the arguments people make against the event, come up with some counter arguments, or even just say you disagree, that's fine too. But please stop badly rephrasing the complaints just so you can put it down to "looked at it for 15 mins and gave up". You'll just make yourself look like someone who doesn't actually reads the posts. Oh wait....

Some people didn't understand why I intend to ignore this event. Let me explain. The first time with PoA I had to lower my performance so I could spend the tickets without winning and running into the reset counter (new player, only 1 boss unlocked). To the point I considered leaving my club for a bit, until I managed to lose enough for the required number of tickets. It felt ridiculous that I had to play *BADLY* to do the event. To play this event I would have to prepare *before* the event for days/weeks by Save up tickets (Instead of using them to get yemen, progress on the champions, get their rewards and unlock the champion girls) Spend the tickets during the event, getting as low rewards as possible, because even with now 2 bosses unlocked i'll run into too many 12h cooldown timers. Save up yemen to a level i've never ever had before (instead of spending them to buy stats, improve girls to improve my income, etc.) Stock up sellable items (instead of selling them and using the yemen to improve... see previous point) So basically I have to shoot myself in the foot. For days/weeks. As a reward I get to participate in a grindfest. So yea, I'm gonna ignore this event *so hard*! . Having to ask myself "Shall I expend Kobans for this event or shall I wait" is one thing. Hurting my progress in the game just so I can participate and get 1 or 2 girls? Neh, thanks. To those participating: have fun! I can see how it could be different, especially for high level established players. I'll be rebuilding my koban stock for the next event where something useful can be gained. You know, like a decently drawn 5star legendary

That's why companies use professional 3rd party intermediaries. Yes, KK would have to pay them a fee, but at the same time they'd unlock a lot more options for people, and thus get access to a lot more bank accounts This is why I thought integrating with Skrill was a good move. Leave it up to Skrill to deal with all the nasty little national payment/banking options, and only make Skrill->KK payments available. But I guess that fell through. Considering that *did* fell through (or at least hasn't been implemented yet ), I don't expect them to implement iDeal.

Mission accomplished. Darla now added to 2 accounts (2 others are just accounts to experiment with, I'm not going to try hard on a girl there). Spent some kobans, but less then anticipated after the numbers mentioned here.

That does surprise me, a lot! As I said, apart from the occasional turn in for a piece of gear I've been saving these. And yet I have (*counts*) 6 5 girls from there on my main account: Shao, Arabella, Merlinda, Lissa, Visihar, Princess Tiana. I don't think any of those was a T2 villain drop? I also have Suki and Yaya but they dropped in an event I think? On my "pure" account (where I want to try and beat the champions with only starter/common girls) I stopped turning in epic orbs completely because I accidentally ended up with Kathy and Solaria/Umbria. I don't think I turned in more than 4 or 5 orbs or so on that account. When I eventually turn all the orbs in I'll make sure I'll count and reports the results.

Ah, don't worry about it, I don't :D. At least now I know that a girl from there really is a myth(ical girl), and have adjusted expectations accordingly. I have now gotten curious about epic orbs. I have about 200 of those stashed on those accounts. Apart from an occasional turn in for gear I figured I'd first pick up boss girls and such before I start using those. By the time I actually start handing them in it'll probably be like 500 per account. I'm going to get RSI! Even with just occasional turn ins though I can tell epic orbs have a much better drop rate. Or I've been silly-lucky.

I noticed Levitya there, and since I had saved up a bunch of orbs, I figured I'd give it a try. In the end I spent all my orbs: about 100 spread over 4 accounts. 0 girls, about 30 avatars, and a bunch of "stuff". I've decided it's not even worth clicking to play the free game

24 days already? Wow. I'm not really bothered. KK and me seem to be in a kind of agreement. They don't want to take my money, I don't want to give them my money anymore.

I voted for Levitya. Nothing wrong with Darla per se, but that whole consistency thing . Also, Levitya has real hair instead of a mob of modelling clay. Unfortunately I haven't unlocked Bremen yet, so I hope I haven't just offended the KK gods (or Darla herself) because she's what I'll be trying for. As for spending Kobans; who knows! I'll decide that on the last day based on how much I'm missing.

I hear you, and taken out of context of this game, just the inspiration and the rework, I can see why you'd give the artist points just for managing that. Now please try and see it from my point of view as a noob. I am led through the introduction by Bunny in all her ... bunnyness. I meet the likes of bashfull Kimie and mysterious Arcana. I see Agate and Rumiko in pretty lingerie. I meet an army of funny, cheeky housemaids. And then I see Ornella, who has the relative subtlety of a sledgehammer. And reach for the brain bleach. What the beep is *that* doing here, I wonder, and hit the forum looking for a way to remove it from my harem... In stead I find there's a whole bunch more just like that. Context, and a consistency in artwork is everything, and KK doesn't seem to care about that anymore. I've stopped turning in my orbs until (maybe, eventually) I'll reach a point where I don't care anymore either. Considering I still click around Athena I'm not there yet

Maybe what that boils down to is that any objective judgement of art (and I'm with you on that, and even try to stretch it further into consistency in a set of poses, and overall consistency in the whole HH collection) is at the end of the day useless? Because we still prefer a badly drawn (or at least somewhat reasonably well drawn) piece of art that scratches the itch over a perfect drawing that doesn't scratch anything at all. Now I have to ask myself if I'll keep participating in these threads beyond "I like them" or "I don't like them" .

I agree with almost everything @DvDivXXX said, and where I disagree it is not worth the bother, so I'll save myself a long post about the artwork, except the quote above. So so so very agree with that. As for the event itself, I'm very happy despite some of the girls I'd really like to pick up being out of my reach as a new player. Not complaining, comes with the territory, and an event like this gives me hope I'll eventually be able to pick up more and more older girls. I'll be using my sole event-orbs on this one. Oh, and I'm also happily utterly ignoring the whole webcam interaction thingy mess.

Nice. I learned a few things. Things I wonder about or disagree with: Maybe it is because I'm there atm myself, but wouldn't getting serious with the champions not be a good measure of "low to mid-level"? I think some arbitrary quest is not so relevant, as people will quest anyway, and I don't think tactics will change much after this or that quest. While tactics can change after having made progress with the champions. Not buying stats. Stats do help with fighting champions, right? And that is where the strongest girls in the game are. Get as many girls as possible. I can understand that while we're talking about event girls that you can't (easily) get later. I disagree with the villain tier 2+ girls though. I would really suggest to pick those up after you're comfortable with the champions and have build a steady income on the starter and common girls. All these tier 2+ girls are rare or "better", most are 3 stars. That means they are expensive to level and will most likely never feature as your "best" girls. Maybe good to note that with a recent change there is a sudden significant increase in payout timer with 3 stars. For a player who can only collect a few times a day it is better to get 1 girl to 3 stars (or even more), then the next, then the next. For a player who can collect frequently this is still a factor, but only for building up a nice nightly payout. For such a player quickly getting several girls to 1 star before going for 2 stars might be a valid strategy. It's all about ROI of the affection update cost. Also missing, not sure if it needs mentioning: leveling up all the girls in your harem *is* important in that the combined levels of all the girls gives a significant boost to your ego in combat.

As the title says. The new Avatar for Alana is as far as I can tell exactly the same as one of the existing Avatars. Given that she already has at least 2 avatars with minimal differences, maybe it can be replaced with something... more... different?

"7 captured by villains" How many villains are there? I don't have them all unlocked so I don't know. Does this mean all villains starting with Dark Lord will have a girl?

I got the only two girls I had access to: Ishtar and Athena. I initially regretted Athena, but as I since acquired Merlinda, Lissa, Fierce Ishtar and Vissihar, she's sort of been gobbled up by the pack and doesn't bother me as much anymore. I'll still curse her every time I need to feed her XP or affection of course . I mostly enjoyed the opportunity to build up a bit of kobans. Didn't spend any, didn't use my event orb either.

There is no need to test. The specs when preparing to fight give a range for defense values, based on just Alpha included (lowest score) up to all 3 girls involved (highest score). By swapping out girls we should be able to see the effect on defense. It's too late now but if no one dives into this I'll have a look tomorrow. I do find the phrase "main stat" confusing as well. If it really is the girl's main stat, then essentially the class of the beta and omega don't matter for defense, the game will always take the highest value. I'd find that really odd. But even if it is true, a Beta and Omega with the same main class as the hero would be preferable (assuming girls with equal values are available) because of their higher contribution to attack. Whatever the case, it is at least certain that a high KH girl will not help specifically raise defense against KH. She will simply add her high value to *any* defense.

OK, as the rookie of the bunch, i'll add some nonsense too. I'm actually curious what the experts will say. I started this account, played awhile, and have since started a 2nd account that I play the way I think a new player should play. Note: I'm still starting out on that account, and I have *NO* idea if the following strategy is actually doable . Things to do, and why: Buy levels on your stats in the market. Do all because as I explain below your first target are the champions, and you'll want all stats for those, afaik. Quests and Daily missions. Get the XP and pressies. Don't worry about leveling too far, XP is fairly easy to buy. And you do want to pick up the levels on your account. Arena. First objective is to clear the daily quest, secondary objective is to pick up some free xp and affection. You do *not* need to put your best team here! The game will match you with some players of comparable strength. If you swap a strong team for a much weaker team, you'll loose a couple of times, and then you start winning again. Being "the best" is simply irrelevant here. Spread the free XP and affection within your harem. League. As a new player you'll muck about in wanker leagues for the sole purpose of picking up free kobans. Don't bother being the best; you're not. So, if being the best doesn't matter, what are we going to do? Your first real objective as a new player is not in the Arena or Leagues, it is in the Champions. Champions 4, 5 and 6 hold the best girls for the 3 classes. Unfortunately you have limited influence on who get's to fight with the champions. You do however have influence over who joins your harem. If you fill your harem *only* with starter and common girls, those are fairly cheap to give stars to, and of the ones you will get simply by questing a lot have 5 stars and high income. Level up the starter girls to 3 start asap for the higher income and longer timers. Princes Agathe is next. Then level 5 star common girls before 3 star commons. The cost are the same and with the 5 stars you can push them further. Do 4th and 5th stars when you can afford it. Level a 3 star girl if you can't afford a 4th or 5th level. Give affection to 5th star only on girls you will never use in the arena. So I suggest a new player should only pick up those girls, avoid the tier 2 and 3 girls from the bosses, keep all orbs in his pocket, and prepare to fight the bosses with a harem full of 3/5 starred, high level starter and common girls. By far the easiest class to do this with is Hardcore. Of the first 4 girls, 2 are high income, fair HC score girls, and they keep coming. The hardest to play this with is charm. My theory is that gaining rare or epic girls in this phase is a liability, not a plus. They'll get selected for champion fights even though you don't have the money to level them or raise their affection, and certainly not to pay for the affection scenes. These girls are low income/high maintenance! (I admit: I don't know if common girls, even if fully starred and leveled, are strong enough to defeat the higher champions. I'm excited to find out! ) Playing hard-core will help get to the girl of your choice faster, as the first 5 star legendary you will pick up from a champion is HC. After you've gained the boss-girl of your choice (not the 3 star girls from boss 1, 2 and 3, but the 5 star girl), the game changes. Now you want to add as many girls as you can, because that will add (slowly) to your stamina. You will also have a base income by now with which you can actually afford to level up rare and epic girls. At this stage it doesn't really matter what class you play. Turn in all your orbs and see who you get. Pick up Mizuki for know-how for a very good 2nd girl in a team. Pick up all the tier 2 and 3 girls up from villains. Form a team, level up those girls and go have fun in the leagues. Level up the rest of the girls so you can keep playing the bosses for money and gear. This is what my "play-style" is for my 2nd account. In a couple of months I'll tell you how it went . It might be utter rubbish, but I'm enjoying it for now. PS When you get your first girls, and the extra shards get converted to flowers, it can be tempting to sell some of those flowers for all of that lovely cash. Don't. After recent changes in the game I feel like affection is the hardest to get and most expensive to buy. Affection stars are fixed, and XP certainly won't break the bank.

To be clear: Yes, women like Morrigan are not to my *personal* taste. However, I'm well aware that that is indeed *personal*. If that was all I would never have complained. If KK keeps it up I would just have concluded I'm not part of the intended audience for this game, just like I'm not part of the intended audience for some magazines. (I would still feel that the girls the game starts with suggest a different audience). Besides, there are other goddesses with more eh "traditional" measurements, and I still don't like any of them. I'm not (just) judging the women, I'm (mostly) judging the art/artists. I started typing up a whole post again of all the things wrong with these drawings, but that's getting repetitive. If you really want to know why I think this is objectively speaking bad art, let me know, I'll send a PM and we can talk about perspective, shading used to add to depth, natural (or even possible!) poses, and the fact that Athena has 4 different faces. BTW, I'm into fitness and martial arts myself, and I do appreciate a woman with a strong body. In both aikido and jiu-jitsu women train with men, so I actually know what it feels like to be thrown and held in a lock by women. Fitness (and other muscle building sports) is the fastest growing sport among female students in my country, more and more replacing the "look good through starvation and endless carb-burn" insanity. And although I'm more into actual strength than appearances, I admire a woman with an Arnold-like body because if nothing else I know it's way harder for a woman to train the body fat that low than it is for a man . BTW2, to call a fit woman with a-cups an abomination and immediately point to steroids, just because it is not to your taste... wow Zorba . Bad bad boy. What a way to perpetuate stereotypes.

While I agree it looks as if every pose is drawn by a different artist, and every post therefore has a different face, saying her face isn't visible in the other poses is taking the criticism on the artists to extremes even I am uncomfortable with . Seriously: I can only stomach the last pose somewhat. Unfortunately I can't afford to upgrade an epic that far atm. But I'll get there eventually! I just find it a rather unique approach to affinity scenes by KK: "Here's a new haremette! Pay kobans to make her not look horrid!" and I hope they abandon this experiment asap. Sorry.
