  1. Ah, I've understood. You CANNOT entirely offer if the item go over the actual level cap. Practically: the girl require 500 exp to reach your MAX, so you cannot offer a mythic that deal 10k. Oh, well, it's even worst. Practically you cannot boost at low level. So again why those items appear to me?
  2. Hi. I work in the copyright field of my country. More than quoting "laws", you should be aware about how the courts put in use such laws. If the original tattoo artist can prove the design it's his own, he's completely fine to claim his artistic ownership rights and pursue the commercial use of the image. Despite what all you THINK or BELIEVE, there are automatical assumption of ownership, that cover various field of use and distribution. Those are automatically granted rights by international copyright terms. THEN you can apply a recognized license to declare cessions or changes of rights. One of it is the derivative works comply, or distribution rights, there are many. Publishing a shot on Instagram is not a ceasing of onwership, try go read the Instagram copy notes please. Only distribution is. The fact that individual X is doing an illegal, doesn't mean that YOU are safe from doing that illegal act. Try to tell a court "but criminals steal cars all day long, so it's not bad!", and check the reply. The more as both we are discussing are commercial fields (that's why you're not get pursued by anime studios if you're doing cosplay: they don't sell costumes. But if you'll do a "Gucci cosplay", copying a dress from Gucci firm, you'll be pursued: you're competing with a copyrighted design that actually sell dresses). So there could be a material damage in the shape of lost incomes. Tracing art is derivative (derivative is not "similar": is creating a product using another as the material base and as part of the production act - you can build an armchair starting from a chair wood and that will be derivative) and as long the author didn't granted explicitly the right of derivative work, you're in an illegal position and the original author CAN pursue you with a reasonable chance of winning: as probably there wasn't any damage in profits from the original artist, the judge will just call the removal of such design, pointing out the artistic ownership. Anyway, as any other right in such field, is up to the owner to pursue or not. If the original designer doesn't claim, actual laws assume you're aware of the fact and you're fine with the conduit (implicit state of positive assertion) - it's sad, but practically Nations doesn't want to stuff courts of prosecutors that analyze EVERY single product on Earth to check for illegals. So responibility stand in who own the right. This is not what I feel, believe or think. This is what will happen 100%. On a moral sense, it's not a good move and being in an hurry is not a right claim (they are payed for their job that SURELY include a schedule, and again "I've stealed a car 'cause I was in an hurry" should sound bad to you like it sound to me). ON A SECOND IMPORTANT NOTE: the tattoo artist could have found the original design on some vector design site, so he cannot claim ownership. In such instance the Kinkoid artist didn't do any illegal, as both are tracing from an (hopefully) free to derivate material. Many of you probably know the anime No Game No Life: the light novels were pursued and retired from markets for a case of tracing parts of the inner illustrations from doujinshi material. It's a fitting example about how the perception of what you can do is in fact different from what you can legally do. It's way more complex.
  3. -Hey, let's spend 210 kobans for that Magazine, it clearly show +10k exp! My new Comics Bunny will reach the others! *KA-CHING!* -No, wait, she collected just 1 level? 210 kobans for 16 experience points? *REFRESH* -Its' really just level 2. 16 experience points. Eh. eh eheh eh. Ehehe. Ehehehehheheheheheh... RED... RED... RED... RED... RED...
  4. Not entirely true, thankfully. In a world of shares and opinions, nurturing a good f2p base is the core of an activity. P2P players are here as there are other happy players and the activity doesn't totally sound like a waste ("community perception benefit"). Would you play a community game that 10k people online told you is crap? With just 10 other people? How much money will you spend for such game? How can you drag in sponsors? There's also a lot of other commercial concepts I'll spare you to invalidate boycott as a good marketing opposition, due the cash flow and free access of the platform. Opinions matters and submerging them with tickets is probably better.
  5. I'm just level 200 and the first mythic objects appeared right now O_o. I thought it was for high level players (those that can afford a mythic girl). So you should add to the flaws list that such items appear way too early. I can purchase a spellbook for 600 kobans (all of my precious koby) to level up to... 200? I can do it regularly without effort. With 600 kobans I can blast away some troll instead, for way more benefits at my level. Big numbers are fascinating, hopefully people will find this thread before doing some compulsory purchase. EDIT: the thing is also buggy. I had one Chocolate and one Mythic Chocolate left. Refreshed the page and magically I have now 2 Mythic chocolates... mumble...
  6. Ok, ok, here's your user reply. Expert players can spot bad gameplay on the fly, so they suggest you to indepth the game a bit more as you're far (I'm too) to fully understand the game. Being gentle people, they hinted you to not spend your time into developing sneaky tricks, but being knowledgeable and learn that you should end that league around rank 20. To do so, you can simply fight around 30 battles and stay put the whole time left. No need to purchase stuff for quick refills and rush and whatever: you'll win just 190 kobans by the league at rank 2 XD... You'll get 150 by daily missions... Sexpert I is uncanny more harder than you think (I was fired back at my first attempt with natural scores 1k higher than yours at your same level) so spending kobans for 'quick refills' and rushing to first position is not exactly an hint of competence. And without competence, is hard that you can hint something to those that actually made the game and did over 1 billion of playtests. Not speaking that, if you need it, you can spend 1 point out of 15, do a refill and voit-la, got your "just 1 point" refill. No need to restock when zeroed (is quite common to do so in Seasons). Different case if you'd asked about. For example: is good to do quick refills on leagues? In such instance, probably you'll had a proper cool insight on topic.
  7. Buy tickets > fight champions > gotcha money. OR Buy boosters > play season > do refills > gotcha lot of money OR Pachinko > sell stuff > gotcha random money OR The idea of converting a scarce resource to a volatile one is not exactly fine, to me.
  8. Probably you don't know how costly is to max a legendary 5 or a mythic. If so, you'll understand that, due the algebrical progression, a legendary 5 that can compete with a mythic means weeks of spared gameplay / Uncle Scrooge depot of resources. The idea of having a fav girl is good, but probably just to increase by time her exp/affection automatically (something like 5 points each X hours, like Season battles). Thegame have a strict math that's hard to manipulate.
  9. Great! I won 6 Mythic orbs! Let's roll! And 3 new Avatars are here. Cool! There's Valentine Belle avatar! I like Belle a lot! Generally, I don't think avatars are a waste, they look like collecting stickers. ...and Hell begin. Now I want to challenge the devs. I'll pay them the plane journey and three days of hotel housing. So they can come my house. After a good italian dish and coffee, I'll force them to scroll 900+ avatar parted in groups of 6 with a lazy interface, just to remove that bouncing exclamation mark (that, uncanny but true, slow down the interface even more). If they found the thing atrociously boring, enervating, unuseful and wasting the whole fun of an excellent game, they had to refund me the expedition. Now, not to be pretentious, but I'm quite sure the query to sort out the new avatars should be something like 5 line of code. I can do it by python in 3 lines. And I'm sure I've already funded the coder enough to have him spend 30 minutes of his life, and add a button to sort out avatars on criteria (NEW/ GLOBAL). So one can click a button, check the new avatars and be fine. (as long... and this is my actual fear... the avatars are not sorted by a query but are an hardcoded list... and that will be scary on various layers of scaryness- hopefully is not so). Let's say that each avatar is an object, so probably it does own properties, one of it is the 'new' property. I'm sure you can do a query that sort out all the objects that own the 'new' property and rearrange the avatar list accordingly. Even if such operation will cost 3 seconds (it shouldn't), is uncanny more faster than scrolling 900+ elements manually (not speaking it will be more efficient on server data too). ALTERNATIVELY. I'm quite sure there's a global that's set to determine the presence of that f°ç*°ç° green mark on top. It suffice to turn it off the moment you'll enter the profile/avatar/proper section. Not when you see the exact new element. Or give an option in the settings to turn off such enervating notify. I can't do more on my side without inspecting the code. I hope someone will appreciate the contribution.
  10. Now i own two Legendary 5 Know How girls. I'm playing as a Charme Class, with no 5 stars girls in such class so far, but three (quite good) Legendary 3 maxed out. Based on your experience, should I change Class soon to match the best haremettes I own, or wait for something better in my actual Class? Charme Legendary 5 seems always harder or far to reach (one is Shtupra that's months and months afar). I'm level 197 right now, and the two Legendary are left untouched (so a big investment to be maxed out, that's why I'm asking). Thank you.
  11. WildMan! In a world where everyone wear just underpants, the only one that need to quickly dress off wear trousers... EDIT: Ok ok. The art. Mumble. I own some art skill, I can say some artist did a wrong approach. Bunny look like an anime girl changed to have "less moe, more western" look - the ending result is Bunny look transexual. I'm not totally against the art (the main character look fine the whole time), but I was a bit shocked by this logic ("If not anime, draw anime and add deeper volumes"... mumble...). So the art gave me a bad first impression overall. HH was fine since the start. HH have a starting fight with Red Battler, so you get cognition of combativity and scores meaning long way before Dark Lord explain how to fight. A similar combat just after Golden Silk scene sound proper. You should also compute the required energy for the first mission. It lack just 1 point to fully complete at once, and a new player don't know the energy restore mechanic so far. The sudden start is not bad itself, but by having the ENTIRE comix universe to get inspiration from... it look poor. I mean, I'm not the best writer, but ... "You" were masturbating while watching MarySue at school, and a radioactive insect bite you "there". From that moment you'll become THE SPANKMAN, half man and half you know what. You have to keep your secret or your moralist girlfriend will leave. 2 minutes. You come from Planet Cocktron. Your penis is a parasite from another dimension. You was hit by XXX-rays and when aroused you become the Uncanny Testiculk. You are working as a porno cameraman, but at night you become BangMan. ... such stuff. I've also felt something strange. I'm ok with the HH theme of a silly modern guy sent on a fantasy world. Not his setting, he's lost and confused. But in a world of heroes, playing the support role is like just watching the show. I dunno how the plot can evolve, but actually it look like I'll bang heroines and they get the spotlight. I was expecting to play the role of a real superhero (or even a supervillain, why not!). Someone that is involved into plots directly. I dunno how the game will change and evolve, but at the actual stage it doesn't represent an alternative to HH and for some issue it look like a worst minor brother. Hopefully it does well the same, the devs deserve the best for their efforts!
  12. Some day ago I've read an interesting discussion (don't ask me to link it) about what to do with LVL 500 players. Suggestion. A tournament of them, with sortings, pairings and direct elimination (maybe 2 out of 3 clashes, with a break inbetween). Other users can watch and bet kobans on the outcomes. They can also spend resources to (mildly) "sponsor" and boost their idols. It could be fun to have "interviews", related events for spectators (conquer the score girl), and some kinda "bonus stage" in the meanwhile. As a prize, the winner profile will be notified to all players as the best one in the game for the semester, and an exclusive, unique haremette for him (not speaking the 'champion belt' for the avatar). The previous champion will be challenged directly in the finals next time... or can become a Champion event himself. Just ideas, I'm way too far to qualify, but it will be fun to watch such an event.
  13. Millennials == Evangelion or G SEED.
  14. I always thought of referees more as a decor than a gameplay feature, to me they could have been just art in the background, so nuke them into voidness sound a bit drastic. A reasonable RNG is not an issue in any game, if you can plan every outcome in advance there's no reason to play. 5% that happen 5% of rounds WAS reasonable. Maybe they can spare some server resource this way.
  15. -...in Contests. Russian players always come in couples. Please notice. French players come in mobs, they are all excited ... then get depressed and stop playing. USA players drop a starting bomb and then disappear until next contest. German players stay put until the end, then try to drop a bomb the last 15 seconds. Mexican players stay put until the end, then try to drop a bomb the last 15 seconds. And fail by lagging. Swedish players simply stop to play if they figure out someone else want to win. "Oh, sorry, you're welcome, go onward". Brasilian players are recognizable not by the flag, but by Dragon Ball names. Belgian players try to pass as relaxed Germans and inspire awe. Eastern Europe players seems scary even if they do nothing bad at all. Really. You cannot joke with a Czech or Poland player. This game is apparently more famous in Congo than in Britain. Italian players spend all of their 1200 kobans to win 120 of them. And feel smart. At least this is what I do. Now I know that Santo Domingo is called Santo Domingo everywhere. I found a japanese player. Once. He sucked. And the game is inspired by japanese stuff. Apparently, no one is playing from Vatican.
  16. I can defeat opponents even 50 levels higher than mine if they arranged the party bad/not boosted stats/I luckily trigger the skill twice in a row (i practically gain 3 rounds of free damages). The attacker got a great edge. I can confirm the referee boosting is just something like 5% on dealt damage only when the referee call for your best position. Even with a matching referee, this happen something like 20% of times alone each round. Having battles a 5 rounds average lasting, you can expect to collect such bonus... once. That's obviously true for the opponent too. To this you should sum up the usual Class bonus. Anyway, even by dealing 15% damage more, that's not relevant for the full outcome of a battle, as long the scores aren't very close. I fully completed 2 seasons without even caring who's the referee. So I really dunno if selecting battles by the referee is beneefictual at all.
  17. As a relatively new player, collecting 1 star girls, promoting them early and see my harem granting now 400k cash each 7 hours is WAY more rewarding than struggling weeks for a single legendary without no change in the meanwhile. This update surely make the experience more dynamic (if not 'competitive', but who care at early levels...).
  18. I dunno if this is the correct section. Some idea after toying with the game. Option to create prebuilt teams and the option to name them. It can be fun to arrange girls by theme (maybe each "Team slot" can be another thing to buy/find). Exchange of girls within players, with limits on same rank, same level (so legendary 3 promoted once level 100 >> exchange only with a legendary 3 promoted once level 100). The overall number of girls doesn't change, but you can pick some girl you like the most early, and players also interact a bit putting some girl on "ante". Objects recipes: bring object A and object B to get object C. That way some early item can turn usefull again.
  19. @Miccia Valutazioni empiriche, basate solo sulle mie impressioni. Non sei debole, al contrario probabilmente sei troppo forte per il tuo Livello. All'inizio va a pescare gente intorno al tuo Rank (posizione in classifica).
  20. I had no issue at all. The contest started fine and was immediately functional. I suppose (but I dunno) it was some relay server issue. Nothing you can stop from happening, on the devs side.
