Woke up this morning to see combativity discounts for a mythic revival that I was already going for anyways. Yes please! If this only costed gems then this would be smooth sailing (pun fully intended). I have 6400 Eccentric gems saved up for Radka, still have some of those mythic books to take her straight to 350 from the giveaway in November, and since I have the villains all cleaned out I can just grind Fredy for Eccentric gems so getting the rest of the gems for Radka to reach level 750 will take 2 weeks tops. The problem is those accursed books. I'm currently 1.5 million GXP in the hole, and as I acquire more gems I awaken more of my level 700 girls and just fall further and further behind. Extrapolating my current gem income and looking at the long lineup of level 700 girls awaiting awakening, I'm looking at 900k additional GXP required per week for the next two months. Radka adds another 1.5 million on top of that. Radka only costed me about 1500 nubons (thank you discount) but I somehow think she's going to end up costing me more yet when I go to the shop and start doing refreshes.

By that logic kobons are an infinite resource, since I get them from daily rewards and leagues. The question is how quickly they can be obtained, and even with constant shop refreshes and the daily goals there isn't nearly enough to meet my needs. I'm spending hundreds of kobons per month on extra shop refreshes to keep up with my gem income. Yeah, I got that final awakening very recently so my girls are starting to go up to level 701, and I just don't have the books. The amount of XP needed for those final 50 levels is insane.

For me I'm absolutely starved for books, so that 200k worth of books for 1st place is really, really important for me. I've got 7 girls just sitting at level 701 right now, and after tomorrow's planned awakenings it's going to be 11. I just don't have the books to actually make use of those awakenings. This should ease up a little once I have all my mythics at level 750 I ended up awakening Taurus from level 250->350. It's a bit expensive compared to just awakening a common, but at least those gems aren't wasted long-term as in a few months I'll probably end up awakening her up to level 750 since she's the best physical legendary and I don't have (and probably won't be obtaining any time soon) a physical mythic.

But... but... tomorrow is the Cumback awakening day 😞 Unfortunately I don't have any "cheap" awakenings left. All the girls I'm working on right now are level 700, and even a Common will run me 500 gems so that's 1000 gems to get that last bit of progress. I may just throw away 80 gems to away two level 250 common girls. Feels like such a waste, but better than blowing 1000 gems literally one day before a gem spending contest...

Got very lucky with my bracket yesterday and managed to take 1st place with only 8 million points. That's much less than it sounds, as on Nutaku our daily contest was gain XP so the Seasons/PoV/PoG rewards were essentially getting doubled. I gained a total of 3 levels thanks to this, and am now sitting at level 481. In today's contest, I did something I've never done before: I cleaned out the epic pachinko. I got really close to doing this right before the PoP nerf, but never quite emptied it. I'll have to reconsider my EP orb strategy; up until now I've just dumped them all on LC day 2, but if the pool is emptied I should probably be using them during events now.

Well, it took me longer than expected due to a spreadsheet typo (I needed about 1 million more GXP than I had projected...) but I've finally unlocked the last awakening threshold: I have basically no books left and I've already refreshed the shop about 50 times today, so they aren't going any further than level 701 for now, but I've broken through and can now start working towards my first max level girls. Abrael, Norou, and Darla got awakened immediately. I've still 2600 Orange in the bank, I just haven't chosen which one to awaken yet, and most of the other colors are fairly close to getting their first awakening (furthest away is Yellow, where I need another 1400 for Moe Bunny). I do have 4200 Red gems stockpiled up, but I'm saving those for later this month 😉 The final breakdown: 4 mythic, 33 legendaries, 2 epics, 9 rares, 22 5-star commons, 30 3-star commons. Total gems spent: 259,940

My luck with Whaty has been terrible and he's yet to give me any shards, so even though it's theoretically possible to still get Lupa I'm calling it quits at this point. I got Samane and have decided against going for Piper since my drops have been bad and it's too late to start on a new girl without committing to some hefty kobon expenditure. I'd rather bank up some more kobons to keep a healthy reserve to go for girls that catch my eye. You never know when a must-have will show up in PoA on the same month you intend to go for a mythic, after all.

She does have a 1-star version in the great pachinko if you count that, but otherwise yes she's now been on the paid side of PoA twice plus on the paid side of PoV, and her original release was on Legendary Days which was the most expensive way to get a girl prior to Mythic Days being a thing. Given that she's not eligible for PoG, the only place for her to get more expensive than this is with a mythic... and given how many versions Darla has I wouldn't be surprised if they're considering that.

Hey, I can always hope for Mythic Taria. I'm sure the fact that Kinkoid has never thought to give her so much as a 3-star rare version is no indication of future intent... But if they're paying attention to worlds, do you think we can finally get Nike 2nd and 3rd stages? I'm shocked that the Nike mythic revival happened first. I've actually cleaned out all the villains, and am just farming Jackson stage 1 for books now.

Historically Legendary Contests has pretty much always been new girls, with only one girl in the entire history of LC that had previously existed (Valentine Nikki Benz, which was a special event and not part of the regular LC event schedule). So I'd be very surprised to see Sai in Legendary Contests. She also already has a 5-star legendary so I doubt they'd give her another. It's most likely either a random 3-star or a mythic.

Level 750 is fast approaching for me. I have enough gems to do it right now, if I really wanted to, and the bottleneck holding me back is books. I have 900k GXP in books stockpiled up, but will need 4.2M to get all the remaining girls up to level 700 before I can start promoting anyone to level 750. This would require about 300 shop refreshes to make up the difference if I want to do it right now. I do have the kobons, but I can't really justify spending that many right now, and even if I could I really don't feel like clicking shop refreshes non-stop for an hour. I currently have 87 girls awakened to level 651 and a further 7 at level 650, so there are only 6 girls left to plan out. Originally I'd planned for them to be common rarity fodder, but because books are my bottleneck right now and not gems common fodder girls don't actually speed things up. The GXP difference between taking 6 common girl from level 250->700 versus 6 grandfathered legendary from 450->700 is only about 90k, which is negligible compared with the 3.3M I have outstanding. It will cost me an additional 18k gems (less, actually, since I already have excess of many colors), but those gems are just going to be burning a hole in my pocket anyways since I don't have the books to actually use them. Since fodder girls aren't actually speeding things up here, it makes sense that the remaining 7 should be 5-stars. And before anyone mentions it, the same issue exists after I unlock the ability to awaken to level 750. Sure, having 18k more gems saved up to awaken girls up to level 750 sounds nice on paper, but I won't actually have the books to do it anyways. Due to color imbalances I'm going to have enough gems to awaken several girls to level 701 immediately but won't have the books to get them to level 750, so I'll have time to earn the gems as the books come in. Moreover, I'm only a week or two away from cleaning out the Werebunny Police after which I'll have cleaned out every villain and can grind whoever I want to for more gems. So my plans are now locked in. Here's where I stand: 47 girls at level 700 (4 mythic, 26 legendary 2 epic, 5 rare, 10 common) 40 girls awakened to level 651 but awaiting books (3 rare, 37 common) Purple: 1418 gems needed Green: 3333 gems needed Red: ready! White: ready! Black: 1936 gems needed Orange: ready! Yellow: 2243 gems needed Blue: 1684 gems needed The course is set, the light at the end of the tunnel is visible, now to just wait for the pieces to fall into place and to get my first level 750's. Sorry if this was a bit of a technical post for chit-chat, but I felt like sharing after completing my number crunching and committing to this path.

I completely forgot to sound off on this new feature, which is appropriate since it's forgettable. It feels incredibly rushed due to the lack of content, being totally disconnected from the rest of the game, and the resources that are already worthless. In many ways it feels a lot like sidequests; a high text-to-art ratio, you wait a few days to complete them, and you get some gems at the end. The only difference is that it's gated by "replies" and not energy so I guess it's more accessible for people who haven't finished the main story.

The spreadsheet only takes into account base stats total (which are the same for all mythics) and the chance to receive a blessing, but does not make any value judgement based on Element. All this means is that Abrael has the most favorable combinations in terms of blessings of any mythic girl, it doesn't necessarily mean she's the best (in fact, due to her element, she rarely will be). While I think it's an amazing resource, I do recommend taking that particular tab on Zoopokemon's spreadsheet with a grain of salt. The way it's set up is all-or-nothing for top 7. A girl whose qualities frequently put her in top 15 but fall short of top 7 will be severely underrated on that tab. This is important because most people don't use the top 7, they're using the top 30. Even if you have a relatively complete harem (very few people do) you won't have every girl at maximum level ready for inclusion in your battle team, and will have to be making considerations based on elements. This means that we're frequently using girls that aren't strictly "optimal", but they are the best options given our own lineup. The unblessed stats tab doesn't really take this into account well, and underrates girls like Mizuki with low base stats but double colors (who are unlikely to be the best option on any given week, but very likely to be a good option that can cover a lot of different weeks).

Bunna, Norou, and Lanaelle are generally regarded as the strongest mythics due to having double colors for their hair in addition to good elements. The newly released Abrael is interesting since she has a very weak element but double eye color. Beyond that it really comes down to your harem composition and what you need. A lot of people are really lacking in terms of Eccentric girls, which will make Alexa and Radka very valuable to you. Royal Housemaid is a bit notorious since she doesn't have a hair color (it's "Unknown" which means it's never blessed) which means she's less likely to get blessings. This was particularly obnoxious because when she was first released she had hair color pink but that was retroactively removed after people had spent their kobons to get her. In any event, it kinda makes her the weakest mythic.

Yeah, but L5's are now a dime a dozen. Legendary Contests and Boss Bang are basically two free L5 girls every month, and for high-level players the League girl is basically free as well, and with a good club the CC girl is also basically free. Legendary Days is practically an afterthought now. The limitation with L5 girls isn't acquiring them, it's the resources to upgrade them (both gems and books) so it's a different consideration than mythics.

I'm liking next week's blessings on Nutaku, +40% Exhibitionist and +30% Blue eyes. This will let me run two L5's at +82%, two L5 at +40%, two Mythics at +30%, and one L5 at +30%. All at level 700, of course. I'm thinking I should be able to get through floor 1600 with that many blessings stacked up. Maybe I'll try Chlorella given that I'll be running maximum Exhibitionists and see what that synergy feels like.

That's really what 7 mythic is for, weeks with terrible blessings. It's not like any of us can afford to keep all our L5's at maximum level, so even if there are some girls whose blessings allow them to beat out unblessed mythics, you may not be working on them. Weeks like those are far more common than "week of the mythic" (which I still think shouldn't exist). But it is true that you're still more likely to have at least 1 or 2 good L5's on any given week so there is diminishing returns as you approach 7 mythics.

Well, I got pretty lucky; managed to pick her up with just 1400 Nutaku Kobons and 5 Sandalwood, making her by far the cheapest Mythic I've been able to acquire to date. Definitely a preferable girl to Nike in my books, so I'm happy to have her as my Voyeur gem sink. I adjusted my spreadsheet to account for the addition of a new Voyeur mythic, and it looks like I've crossed the point at which books have become the controlling resource. I simply don't have enough books with which to spend all my gems, and no reasonable number of purchased shop refreshes is going to change that. I'll probably do 100-200 shop refreshes during Legendary Contests this month and see if I can reach level 750. I should have the gems by then, but even with 200 shop refreshes I'm not sure if I will have enough GXP to hit level 750 by then.

That sounds about right. If you had 3000 to my totals it means we're very close for every gem type except Exhibitionist and Submissive, and that's completely explained by which villain we're grinding. I've still got a ways to go before reaching level 750, but it's in sight now. I've got a total of 42 girls at level 700 and a further 49 at level 650 (mostly commons) so I just need to figure out which 9 girls I'm going to commit to getting to level 700 to meet the requirements. I'll probably reach it some time in June.

I meant Black, but White probably still needs help even after this recent change.

It might not have been the ideal solution, but it will definitely be good to see more balance in my gem income. I've been tracking my gem income, and quite frankly the excess of Voyeur gems is disgusting. Not counting the initial 3000 gift, this is my total gem income to date so far: Voyeur (Purple): 36875 Exhibitionist (Green): 26158 Submissive (White): 24170 Playful (Yellow): 20511 Eccentric (Red): 20360 Dominatrix (Black): 20264 Sensual (Blue): 20125 Physical (Orange): 18500 This is even worse than it looks, since I've been primarily grinding Sake in this time period which should have put White far into the lead. Instead White is just slightly above average. So I definitely approve of getting more White. Now that I've cleaned out Sake, I probably won't be returning to her for a while and that means White gem income was going to dry up. I'm not sure why Red was chosen as the other color here, since it's doing okay, but honestly the other gem colors are all pretty close. I am somewhat concerned about Green as almost all of its income comes from Raids. Halving how many Purple gems you get from Raids is not a big deal since there are other sources of Purple and it will probably still be the most common type by a significant margin, but Raids make up almost all of the income of Green. With this change the only consistent source of Green is grinding Karole, and most veteran players have cleaned out all the permanent girls she offers and she almost never has event girls assigned to her (and when she does it's always Orgy Days, so it's probably a girl you already have). So I think Yellow, Blue, Blue, Orange, and possibly Green could still use new sources of gem income.

So not one but two new resources for this feature? I guess it was overdue since Worship has become irrelevant for most players so a new resource needs to replace it.

They did Visor last time, so Alban isn't exactly surprising. It's still not a good idea, as those last two champions are way too strong and aren't even worth making the attempt.

I hit temple level 1600 this morning and am just noping out. Here's where the walls stand on the Nutaku leaderboards at the moment: 2000 - 1st 1900 - 2nd 1800 - 3rd-5th 1700 - 11th-20th 1600 - 24th-42nd (woo, I'm top 50!) 1500 - 69th-183rd 1400 - 232nd-487th 1300 - 574th-1000th So the bottom of the 1300 wall has fallen off the leaderboard. Movement is definitely slowing down on the leaderboards, and I personally don't plan on making a serious attempt on my current wall until I reach level 750 girls. Maybe then I'll take a shot.

That is excellent news! I wonder if it's worth skipping Nike's revival now, as I don't find her particularly attractive (there comes a point where the bust size is so exaggerated it's "uncanny valley" and offputting for me, and Nike crosses that threshold). I look forward to having good candidates for Voyeur gem expenditure.
