While the timer is invisible i am pretty sure that they do have a time limit, anyway the bundles are changing because i am sure that when one of them expires the next bundle starts (this means that they are different from one another) so if you fast enough then you can buy all of them.

The correct missions had a duration of 1-4 hours and the reward was kobans and there were 2 of them for you to do every day, so are you 100% sure that you did both of them every day for 5 days ??

Hardcore players get a bonus when fighting against know-how players. Know-how players get a bonus when fighting against charm players. Charm players get a bonus when fighting against hardcore players. The bonus is an extra 20% harmony stat.
