I think I'm stuffed in this contest. You guys are just too damned good! This is the only account where I might have a chance with 25 shards on the first day (I was... THIS close to getting 50 shards - one place off). I'm not trying too hard yet because I'm trying to run savvy race and come from behind. Will it work? Probably not, but it's worth a try. You're probably on to this already. Luckily for me I haven't had that pesky 500 Internal Server Error for a couple of days now. I've dramatically reduced how often I switch between server and test server and this seems to have fixed the problem. I might now have far less downtime so I can participate better. Touch wood!

That's a good thought - kind of like a denial of service. I agree with the responsibility of Kinkoid to better explain the error to players. I do a lot of switching between the main and test servers. It happens to me about 5 times a day and lasts around 20min at a time. However, re. the IP, as an impromtu diagnostic I've tried logging in on my phone using mobile data at the same time. The IP address would be different under these circumstances, but the problem persists there too and at the same time (synchronised). This suggests it might be a wider problem of capacity and overloading of the server - similar to what had been happening several years ago. It might also a specific issue of my accounts rather than IP address. This is a very popular game and capacity would have to be a consideration. The issue only bothers me during finishing off daily missions, or when I have a girl on 90 shards or more with less than an hour left to get her. It was touch and go for me a few times during Orgy Days in being able to finish on time because of these 500 Internal Server Errors. Remember the old joke "Hit any key to continue"? I was close to enacting this policy!

Oh dear... One after the other. Sorry. But I managed to snare Sailor Skytte in Peckerbird and I have to share. Choice affection scenes. Wonderful parody on the movie, Titanic. Since it was revealed that she operates in the Juy Sea, I wonder if this is where Skytte rescued our hero, after he was shot from a canon into the drink (the last quest in Invaded Kingdom). I first met Skytte really early on when she was tempting our hero to an exploration of other worlds, with a fucking good time on the way no doubt. Waiting beside her was an alluring Eugenie. Yes, I love going down memory lane by reliving these early worlds and quests. It also helped me better understand the trans-dimensional nature of our hero's experiences from the third quarter of Splatters Archipelago on, as well as all these later 'alt' girls. I won't wreck the experience for those newer players yet to reach the later worlds but I urge them to pay close attention on reaching them. It's when the game matures and becomes a lot more sophisticated. Sometimes it's hard to follow but it does become clearer in time. It also helped me understand how these early worlds and quests eased new players into the game, as well as the important and enduring role of Bunny in our hero's life. I love her so much - beautiful, sexy, brave and devoted. Even if it can't be stated openly, she defines the meaning of true love in the context of a hentai story. I also believe the HH artists love her too - she was certainly created with love, in spades! It's no coincidence in my opinion that she's the Hentai Heroes mascot and brand girl. Ooh, I've gone off the rails again. Sorry George. I hope others find this dissertation interesting though. Anyway, while Skytte's still way too skinny for my tastes, for me this is one of her better appearances of those versions drawn by the original artist(?). Big boobs on skinny girls bring back too many bad real-life memories for me, though. I find Skytte skinny? This is from someone who finds Geekette really sexy so there you are. Each to his own and Geekette is for me. This Live Action Role Play version did not turn out to be my favourite though, despite her 'killer cleavage'. In Lili I managed a x100 drop to get Niki Vignae straight after finally prising Danielle off her twat and into my harem. Took a few too many expensive refills, though, to get this deluded but cute girl. Sure, life's actually a game - reality TV. Didn't you know that, Sweetie? Good luck everybody. There's a good selection to choose from here, even though most more senior players might already have most of them. I'm a bit disappointed in the poll scores though. This suggests players might be a bit jaded by all the choice lately. Is it a coincidence that it was the two newest girls that got our saliva flowing, or is it the truth that they're really good? Probably a bit of both.

I am SOO kicking myself that I didn't try hard enough in the Legendary Contests when Jezebel first became available (with two more sexy affection scenes and good stats). "Sexy student" does describe her well. So hot and really well drawn! Given how the legendary contests seem to be structured, I don't suppose her 5-star version will ever reappear. Boohoohoo! Although I haven't managed to get her yet, this version of Makiko is really cute, too, but I can't really comment as I didn't manage to get her yet. I got Tami instead and I'm certainly not sorry. She is cuteness personified (nice HH hairclip too) and I really love her affection scenes - lots of self-justifications in trying to downplay the fact that she's hot for our hero. 'Just being professional'? Pfff. Indeed, I think the writing in general shows an element of more subtle humour that I really enjoy and is one of the reasons I enjoy this game. Just an aside (but still on-topic I believe), I've had a bit of time on my hands lately and, with the weather wet, cold and windy as hell, I decided to go right back through the world adventures and quests. In Heroes University I suspect that one of the girls with pink hair sitting down at the right and waiting for the lecture to start is, indeed, Jezebel. Hair colour and style is distinctively her. Her eyes are different, but this doesn't mean much in the context of this game. I suggest other members take time to do this and see who else they might recognise in the scenes. I found at least three (apart from those appearing in Cameo events). For those from the US, please forgive my spelling (lots of red squiggly underlining). I use British English.

I can read the animations and the first pose shows up in the harem display, but not the other poses. They are in animated PNG format which may not read in some browsers. I quite like them. They are slow and mesmerising, however, and their blinks are the slow blinks as one receives from a very pleased or loving feline. As I posted for the classic event, when I noticed Warlock Sherly was animated (in this case on the test server) I genuinely thought I was losing my mind. It was an unannounced surprise at that stage. As I wrote in an earlier post, I was hoping that I could've gone back through my harem to check out the legendary queens that came with animated PNG format (Levitya and Golden Bunny - third poses - come to mind). But no. I would've thought it wouldn't be too hard for HH to have all previous animated PNG formats migrate to the current harem displays. After all, the girls in these formats did once exist and I'm sure they are held in archives for redeployment. Not a moan, just a thought though. One issue, however, is that the images do not show at all if I right-click on them and try to view them in a new tab (Firefox) where I would normally be able to magnify them to more closely view artistic detail (or have a perv, take your pick). PNG is not supported in this mode in my browser. Once I reinstall it, it may load from the 'save image as' selection in Photoshop which can read animated PNG formats. The two new girls are really interesting and Maria de Kartoff has a very natural air about her, including in her animations. I've discovered I really like freckles.

Thanx. Subsequently found that out. Quite good aren't they, a bit slow and mesmerising though. I checked my harem since some of the animations are meant to show up there and they seem to apply to some of the girls in the current event only. I thought I'd go through them since the likes of Golden Bunny, et al. were animated originally and I thought this might've been reinstated for our harems, but no, sadly. Right now I'm really annoyed by all the server error messages that tell me the page is not loading and it doesn't. May be offline for 20minutes or so.

I have to stop using that blotting paper, Lophophora button cactus or magic mushrooms! I could swear that I imagined the characters displayed in the event widget started slowly swaying, waving, even blinking in front of me. I looked again a short time ago and no animation. Am I truly in need of giving up certain substances or have other members seen the same thing? Please put me out of my misery. Ahem... Anyway, I do like these girls, especially those that are Pachinko only. When Valentina first appeared in Legendary Days, I thought, "WOW, what a hottie - eyes utterly radiant." She's so beautiful! So far I managed to get only Lola and Katra across all accounts, but I'm close to getting that weird version of Sherly in this account... Regarding Ankyo. This would have to be the best version of her ever - something sparkly about her eyes, in the way Valentina's are, and I love what she's wearing. I think she deserves some Kinkoid love and maybe an appearance as a legendary girl, not necessarily 5 star. As a character she's different from most of the others being take-it-or-leave-it when it comes to sex, and she's utterly deadpan and bemused most of the time. She would make me want to try harder to get to know her if I met her in real life.

All this talk about Nikki Benz. I thought she was one of the new EP girls, nothing to do with this event. She seems to be part of the art theme started by Sara Jay. Anyway, having shot my bolt (foolishly as it turned out) I don't have enough kobans left to try for any other than Geekette. Not that I'm too heartbroken because I've always had a soft spot (and a hard-on) for her in whatever form she comes. What I'm really sad about is not being able to win any of those yummy orb bundles. Shiba doesn't really appeal to me that much. On the face of it, I'm impressed by the two shinigamis, though, even if they are beyond my pay scale.

I shot my bolt to try for her and got her in four accounts. It left me woefully short of kobans which means the best I can do in the current event is Sloth Geekette. So I feel a little deflated in my success. Silly me! As one of the few who didn't rate her highly, I equate this Venus the goddess with the planet: surface temperature hot enough to melt lead, atmospheric pressure 90 times that on Earth, no free oxygen; only CO2 and SO2 - basically completely inhospitable to support life as we know it, Captain. Certainly not that romantic paradise portrayed, and so it is with the goddess version here. She comes across as a sexual psychopath in her affection scenes and her artwork is only so-so, mainly because her feet are disproportionately small for a female who seems tall the way she is drawn. I would've loved to have seen her hair drawn with more life and lustre, as befits a goddess at the sexual end of the spectrum. If I were slightly aroused she'd make me go soft, or scare the buggery out of me! Her Greek counterpart, Aphrodite, is altogether closer to my taste, representing love and passion, not lust and one-sided pleasure-seeking like the so-called goddess of sexual desire (ie, lust). I suspect the writers had a bit of sarcastic indulgence at the expense of Venus. I wished Aphrodite were created as a 5-star legendary girl instead. For me, love and passion are rare qualities to cherish, but lust is a dime a dozen. We should leave that for Notke and Justine (oh wait, Justine does actually love our hero. She just doesn't know how to express it appropriately). That's my rave. Given the overwhelming support for her among members, I don't suspect many would agree with me on this one.

Has anyone had this happen? It's just one of a pattern of weird things that have happened for me on this site lately. The other is an 'either-or' situation regarding the test server. I can access the test as long as I'm not logged into the main server. Normally the test sits as a tab for me in Firefox. I believe it might have something to do with the fact that the test.hentaiheroes.com cookie has disappeared and the hentaiheroes.com cookie appears to stand in for both the main server and the test server. It's a small improvement, however. Up until now I couldn't access the test server at all. Before I post this on the bug report thread, has anyone encountered the same problem? Anyway, back to 'Ulfette'. She either suffers from Imposter Syndrome, or she is part of the LBGT, etc, etc non-binary community - a break in from the Gay Harem. Her correct first pose thumbnail is displayed, but her first full image pose is this 'gentleman'. The same image was displayed in the event widget. At first I thought it was meant to be - some kind of Kinkoid Anniversary practical joke, but now I'm not so sure. I say this because her first pose is posted correctly(?) in the wiki. She sure looks lovely in that - the pick of the bunch, in fact. Back to DHarry and Kenrae, where do I find Ramna 1/2? Is it a visual novel like Everlasting Summer, or are you guys pulling my tits? So you don't like me as usual and were quick to shut me down for a month for spamming. Well, my latest comment was not quite accurate I give you, but we are well into the second day. From my perspective, I'll be into the third day before I get to try fresh performances without a refresh and I refuse to waste my kobans for such an event. Therefore, what I posted was accurate from this point of view. But maybe I could've worded it more precisely. Just to be clear, by into second day I mean any time from 24 to 36 hours. Go back to sleep, George. A bit of tact for a change wouldn't go amiss. We could do with a new and more impartial moderator who doesn't take what I say so seriously. The shit you ascribe to me is more often than not my attempts at lightness, but, your nitpicking aside, you'd have to agree that this event is crap in just about every respect. For me, even the two new girls are mediocre and not worth trying for, but that's my choice admittedly. It's a choice I've made. I don't expect anyone else to follow my lead.

I've got only two of the girls you displayed in these thumbnails - the little bunny on the left and the teal-haired Amy. The latter is well described in her profile as she is ultra-hot, one of the best girls I've managed to acquire.

Oh, what a come down from the previous event... a bloody foreplay and almost impossible to get either one of the two new girls, even wasting all my fiercely saved kobans. The drop rate is terrible and on a par with Legendary Days events. Fortunately for me, I have all the other girls in every account. So it's no eeny meeny minee moh for me. After two days my best score is 12 shards on Serena and no more than 5 for Spectra. I've gone back to trying for Yulita against Bremen and I'm doing better trying for her than against the two new girls - AND she's far hotter! The name 'foreplay' is so right! They get to tease me while resisting all attempts for me to fuck them - edging me all the way. It's an insult to members looking forward to a celebration of Anniversary V. Thankfully, such events are rare. I hope things turn up for the better for the remainder of the celebrations.

Well, that was that! Overall, a great Anniversary classic event. I managed to get all 3(plus 1) of the Carotts in all but one account. Just to reiterate my earlier comments, magnificent!! The artists scored superbly and so my congratulations for a lineup of girls worthy of an anniversary event. Lousie and Alice had the most lovely and form-hugging of simple ball gowns In addition to the Carotts, I managed to score one of the Longteeth girls in the Pachinko: - Ulfette, Lupa's shy cousin. After getting over the odd androgenous opening pose (can anyone explain it to me), she scrubbed up well and the ribbons in her tail were a nice touch. I thought the tone of her mauve/lilac hair was subtle and appealing, creating a special character for this young beauty. I hope she returns in a later version and her profile (in the form of affection scenes) can be developed further. Regarding Hari, to me this is her very best version: sexy, very cute and pretty (especially her eyes). Her affection scenes managed to capture her youthful enthusiasm and glee over being with her hero - AND she's left-handed. Previous versions of Hari seemed to capture her rabbit origins and as a humanoid she was too much in the true bunny character with very peculiar eyes and mouth. In this latest version she appeared to have been drawn by a different artist. Keep him/her on for all future Haris. I didn't get Lupa or Lolop! I wasn't totally heartbroken as with Lupa I have most other versions of her. Lolop is yet another of those mega boob haremettes who celebrate silcone implants. I saw that one member managed to score all the available girls from this event, as he boosted with a posting of all the thumbnails. Well done and my congratulations. Indeed, congratulations to all those who did well this event and happy anniversary everyone! PS... When will Bunny finally use that dreaded 'L' word and put me (and presumably others) out of our misery.

No? Tell me more! It sounds fascinating.

Five years!! Is it really? Seems only last week I was trying for Anniversary Jennie and Anniversary Noemy, etc. So many changes over the years... Remember when XP maxed out at 40? Remember the days when the Town wasn't so cluttered up with so many game options. No clubs and no Leagues. No side quests and no Blessings widget. And such an abundance of new girls with very few artistic fails... Many more artists all making their own effective contributions, and I'd say feeding into one another's creativity to good effect. There's a definite trand toward a hybrid anime, even Waifu, especially in the eyes and hair adornments of the girls. How all this is achieved week after week is beyond me, but full credit to the Kinkoid team. Some of the changes, however, are of dubious benefit, in my opinion... Side quests, for example and the one-star girls for another. With the latter my voyeuristic peeping tommery is almost totally unrequited as some of these girls are magnificent: the Gothic version of Lapsey, Dahlia, Nebula and Eiko come to mind. I'd love to see an expanded series of poses and affection scenes to fill in the gap between the usual opening coyness and total debauchery. Then we might also get a chance to read their profiles which currently exists only in the wiki. To the current crop of girls... In all accounts I managed to get all three of the Carot girls (Louise and Alice in this account). They are absolutely gorgeous! I've always loved Bunny to distraction, but this current version seems to top all other versions. Perfect form-hugging sequined dress few other women could possibly grace, and a body and face to kill for. Her mother is also fantastic, but does she ever age? Maybe she's like Barbie. Rabbi is Rabbi. She varies alot from version to version, but this version is right up there along with her as secretary. I can't comment on Hari, but in this version she's as cute and youthful as ever. None of the Pachinko girls I can comment on. Just one thing. On behalf of my Avatar, I wish to declare my total and hopeless love for Bunny, and I believe she loves me, as Zorba. She just can't bring herself to say it, and Zorba is too gutless to do so either. So I'll say it. Zorba is so in love with you, Bunny. Pfff 'intimacy'? Oh, c'mon just say it! How many more anniversaries must I endure before the cat is finally out of the bag and she lets slip? God, it's one of the longest-running soap operas in history, even in Hentai form.

I haven't read through all these yet, but I tend to agree. There appears to be a mix up with the girls (Layla for instance) and the scroll wheel doesn't do a thing. I'll go back and read the latest to see if I can find any solutions.

Check it out for yourself then. I did and Dark Lord does give better 1 star drops than GP, significantly better. If I had to rely on GP to get me over the line in the contests I would've failed totally. I did a tally and I got 0.25 girls for every one from a 10x GP. This was taking into account the 10x performance option against Dark Lord. If I lumped in a x10 performance as a direct comparison against a x10 GP drop Dark Lord would win hands down. However, next time the option comes up to test it, I'll sample it more carefully in deferrence to your criticism and see how it turns out. If I'm wrong I'll apologise without question. Aside from this I agree whole-heartedly with what you wrote on the 1 star girls themselves - from both perspectives. I got the Gothic version of Lapsey. She's perhaps even more lovely in this version and I ache to see all her affection scenes and poses in between the first and last. Alas, not to be. What gets me is that there are no profile descriptions of the new girls - unless I visit the wiki. Can you tell me why they appear in the wiki but have been left out of the harem page?

Yes, this is recurrent from Magical Guardians. I discovered there that I could access the hidden girls using the scroll wheel on my mouse, but not this time. Nor does 'press and drag' work on my phone as it usually does. Maybe all the geeks got wasted partying and were thenceforth unable to focus on getting the Anniversary event up and running properly (lol). Joking aside, there appears to be a major bug-fix issue with the event widget the way it is now set up. If the problem is not fixed within the next 24 hours I hope they will grant us an extra day (or extra combativity) to compensate. Before I get too precious, however, I'll see if I can access the new Carots directly through the villains themselves. Ya never know, I might find a wolf or two sniffing around looking for bunny prey, even Lyca Longteeth herself. I love Lupa to distraction and I'd love to have a new version of her. Re. the 5-star legendaries like Layla and Norou, I would've been surprised to see them placed on a villain for a full nine days at a normal event drop rate. If so, why stop there? I would've loved to have seen some of the Legendary Contest girls placed there. I would've loved to've got one or two of those. But this was maybe asking too much.

I found the same, and I solved it quite by accident using the scroll wheel on my mouse, as did at least one other member. However, this does not work with the current anniversary event. In effect I can only access 11 of the supposed 18 girls and none of those attached to villains. Not a great start to the anniversary! I hope Kinkoid at least gets the scroll wheel option fixed and soon, even if there remains no scroll bar. There's clearly a bug with the new event panel.

Even though these girls are quickly cluttering up my harem no end, Dark Lord gives better drop rates than Great Pachinko. In fact, this saved my bacon in the Legendary Contest event to get Ms Zazie. For x10 performances, they would often be hooked 2 (sometimes 3) at a time. Because they are one star, I have an unrequited love for some of these girls (Eiko and Dahlia for example). Just like the hint-hint around Finalmecia eventually becoming available to join my harem (probably as one of those out-of-reach mythic girls), there is some unfinished business with the one stars. There's more of their stories to tell and this means filling in the gaps with two more stars, associated affection scenes and, of course, proper profile descriptions. Their descriptions must have been created already, unless the Wiki has made it all up, but I can't see for what purpose this would be.

I've found a flaw already. I managed to get Amalia, but cannot progress any further because there is no slider bar at te bottom of the tier display. Anything past tier 11 is inaccessible. What a crock setup this is! Even the text displaying what is needed to complete each task and progress in achieving it is almost unreadable being too tonally similar to the background. If I can't move on to tier 11 and above, this event is over for me already! Many chenges represent an improvement over what went before, but this is one of those that most certainly is not. If anyone can tell me if there's some hidden slide bar and where it is I'd be most grateful. As with the Orgy Days slide bar, this system needs revamping anyway. The line is far too narrow and it requires a lot of precision with the mouse to get it to work. I agree with the person who complained about server speed. It's terrible.

I tried to post last night, but the page didn't recognise my identity. Oh, well. This is my next try after I deleted all the HH cookies and cleared the cache. It worked... I've titled this post "A Diary of a Disaster - but all good in the end" This was the first time I seriously took part in the Legendary Contests. Previously the challenges set seemed impossible for me to meet, but this time I stepped up and gave it a real go. I'm talking about three accounts here and it doesn't include this account; I bombed in this one. Yes, I got Zazie in three accounts, Yay! First day... gain XP (mainly) and what best way to achieve this in a hurry? The Leagues. All good until I realised it was Wednesday/Thursday left in the current Leagues season and, of course, disaster struck - I ran out of beatable opponents so I had to sit tight for 5 hours until the end of the contest hoping I wasn't going to be overtaken too much. Wishful thinking indeed! While I was provisionally placed between 1st and 3rd in The Leagues itself, the best I did was 5th in the contest, and down to 12th to 24th in the rest, which was kind've annoying. Next day... Champions. That was okay since I now had 6 champions to impress in every account and was typically able to lose with monotonous regularity - the only event I know where being a loser is being a success. Anyway, I was heading for disaster again because I impressed too many champions, so I had to resort to skipping resting at a cost of 6 kobans a pop for those few champions I still had to impress. Fortunately Alban and Visor were obligingly unimpressed. Anyway, these resting skips brought me up to between 5th and 12th place for my best three accounts, but, as with The Leagues, in two of them I finally managed to impress every champion which meant I had to sit out three hours before the end again hoping not to be overtaken. Again, wishful thinking (you guys are incorrigible!). Nail-biting stuff! Last Day... Getting girls and upping their XP... Hmmm. This was a big challenge for yours truly because, prior to this event, I had managed to get all the girls I expected to get by the normal means - very bad timing! It meant I had to beg and cajole the hotties on my top shelf to date me. Fortunately I had a few spare tokens in those accounts to charm them over the mark. That took care of a few places (levelling up the girls, a few more), then I had a flash of inspiration. I decided to sweet-talk Dark Lord since he seemed to have a huge collection of one-star also-rans. So I did a test run in Peregrine Took to see if getting these girls would award me the same max points as getting (say) Preya or Mercy. Bingo! The same! So I went for it. Boy, these chicks sure don't play hard to get and I often hooked two at a time (three in one case) - oh, that's according to 10 performances at once. It was like "Pick me, pick me!!" This did the trick. I got to the end of the event at between 5th and 9th places, easily enough to get me Zazie with, in one case, 25 spare bouquets. The fun then was maxing out her affection. I was NOT disappointed! a firecracker she might be, but she sure is lovely, and a biker too, just like me. I wonder if we could have an afterlife away from the fantasy world of Hentai Heroes (sigh). She, like so many of the recent girls, is a real credit to the artists. I've seen such a steady improvement. I'm assuming, based on the appearance of some of the girls, that Ben still has a hand in, but the artwork from others has managed to lift his own efforts up and there appears to have been a lot of inspirational and creative osmosis among the art team as a whole. That's very good management on the part of the Kinkoid team and they must be great to work for. I hope you did well. It was such great fun, and I'll do it again. However, as with this event, I shall have to let some accounts drop by the wayside. I have quite a lot of kobans left, except in Peckerbird.

A 5-star epic as the mission girl! That's generous to say the least. She's pretty epic all round with emphasis on round. Notwithstanding, she's very cuddly and sexy with a very pretty face, and boobs I could quite happily lose myself in. I have a bit of a soft spot for cuddly girls with pretty faces and matching cuddly boobs. As for the rescue girls, I've long been curious about them, except Dezy whom I managed to snatch in Adrian'smole first time round. She's very cute, especially in her second pose (side on). Back then, she added a respectable level of stats for her to spend time as my alpha in that account. Vechta! Oh wow, I SO wanted her first time round and never managed to get her, but this version of her (in my opinion anyway) surpasses the original by some margin. The artist has managed to capture (quite subtly) that playful, slutty side her profile alludes to in her facial expressions and eyes. I often wish she could've been named Willow because then I could call her 'Pussy Willow'. Yes, yes... lameness personified! Regarding this version of Treasure, I can't say too much, but her affection scenes are very funny, and I was impressed. Even though this version of her is rather different from the original two (especially in her hairstyle and colour, losing her Disneyesque quality), her artwork portrays her sexy (but rather 'imperfect') home-maker qualities with slightly dishevelled clothing like it was meant to be after a bit of hanky-panky. Hariki is cute, too, but even after all this time I still can't figure out what the melty thing over her left eye is. It seems to have some kind of grid. I know what looks like a spray pack on her back might have a lot to do with her job (or maybe to protect her from catching the full-blown affliction), but I can't be sure. Paris doesn't do that much for me, but she seems appealing in her third pose.
