For a few days, I didn't get kobans from monthly card rewards. Banner didn't show up. I'm playing on Nutaku. My id if needed: 307858 Nickname: Donormil

Hi I have a problem with the monthly card on nutaku. On sunday january 12th, I tried to extend the monthly card but nothing happened. I reloaded the page and tried again but still nothing. In the end I tried 3 times and I stopped when I realised that the gold was spend everytime... for nothing. Fix this please, this is Huge Nutaku ID : 6231260

I'm using a card connected to the bellina system (Bancontact), so I should have to insert an extra number compared to the usual and my card has no CVV With the old card interface I had no problem, put all my data (except the CVV that I don't have), it sent me to the interface of my bank (3D secure) where I could use my codes to authorize the payment, then it sent me back to the HH page, that's it, all done, everything went smoothly With the new interface I'm no longer able to insert the last number of my card and so when it tries to redirect me to my bank's interface it just send me back to HH right away and the message "An error occurred while processing the card" appears

I have not received my daily allocation of kobans (60). I have tried signing out & back in again but to no effect. They are normally arrive over an hour ago.

Hi Im have a problem with my subscription. This one says "expired" I guess it's because they couldn't do the debit because I had to change the card but I forgot to update the data on the page. Anyway the problem arises when I put the updated data of this or another card and says: "a subscription already exist for this product". Pls help! It's a pain in the ass to collect 100 girls' money manually. Sorry for my bad english.

Bonjour, Je joue principalement sur smartphone, sous android 8.1. J'ai téléchargé l'application dédiée du jeu. Je remarque depuis le début de semaine que je ne voyais pas apparaître, tous les jours, la boite d'info m'annonçant mes 60 kobans quotidiens. Je me suis donc connecté sur PC (windows 10) et ai vu la boite apparaitre. Ne comptant pas spécialement mes kobans et faisant confiance au système, j'ai tout de même fait attention aujourd'hui : toujours pas de boite sur smartphone au réveil et les 60 kobans n'ont été comptabilisés que lors de ma connexion sur PC il y a quelques minutes. Ceci m'inquiète car je vais partir sans PC en vacances quelques jours la semaine prochaine. Est-ce que je suis le seul ? A quoi ça peut être du ? Merci !

Hey Guys First of all sorry if there`s already a simiular thread(Since I couldn`t find one I decided to open one). So as you may already see I`m not able to buy the monthly card anymore (since August). After checking the typical things like my data and the balance I decided to go to my bank and look if somethings with my card is wrong. Long story short, the card worked perfectly fine. HH was(and still is) the only website it didn`t works on. So the next step was obviously contacting the support. 10 Days ago I decided to conntect them and wrote them this: "Unfortunately I´m not able to buy the monthly card (since my last one expired). When trying to purchase it using a credit card, I am unable to change the type of card from the 4 given options (Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card & Maestro), I don't know if that´s a problem within itself but either way when i enter in my correct card details it first proceeds and then displays that my card was declined. I´ve tried using the same card on other websites and it´s working perfectly there. This problems seems to appear only on HH. I hope that you guys may help me with this problem.." One day later I´ve received an email back where they ask for my acc infos. Another 2 days passed and I´ve received an email again: "After check your account, we see your trials for pay the monthly card, but the payments are not accepted. Please, could you try to check this with your bank? ,Kind regards," I wrote again an email, explaining that I already did that: "I already did that several times. The card is now working on every website except HH, that`s the reason why I´m writting to you. I wouldn't have contacted the support if I hadn't excluded everything else.I still hope you can help me with that. Kind Regards," And now after a good week of waiting I still haven`t received an answer ... since I don`t know if the think I´m joking or just ignoring me, I really hope somebody can help me with my problem ...

My monthly card expired the other day. When I go to repurchase it, I see the tab for a split second before it disappears. Is this a bug? Was it removed?

I haven't logged on in 20 hours, or so. When I did, I've been given the message to claim my free Kobans from a monthly card. The monthly card is only for 2½ days. Not complaining, just wondering why I was given this. I don't know if it's a bug, but seeing as I would like an answer, I'll leave it here. If anyone also have had this happen resently, please let me know on why.

I'm not receiving Kobans from my monthly card. I"m not sure where to direct my issue to. I saw the on screen pop up section say congratulations you received your daily Kobans but my total hasn't changed. I've tried refreshing the page and so on. I have less than 60 Kobans currently so I'm confident I'm not miscounting or doing bad math.

I have been trying to purchase monthly card, but every time I attempt it, once I click 'Confirm Purchase', the button just stays greyed out and nothing happens. The only thing which immediately springs to mind is that I am using a Visa Debit card, rather than a credit card. Can someone confirm at least if it accepts debit cards just as well, or if this issue is indeed related to that?

I tried using a Visa gift card and it did not process. Is there a reason gifts cards aren't accepted?

I have three cards and I get "an error processing the card" for all three cards. I've been trying to renew my monthly card for the past three days to no success. why wont you just take my money So apparently contributing on the Patreon page, alongside the other benefits, rewards me with "Equivalent amount of Kobans + a special bonus each month - HentaiHeroes.com or Nutaku". Wouldn't this mean contributing on Patreon is simply better than straight up buying Kobans? To be clear, I don't want to resort to something so underhanded just to pay for a game I enjoy. It's just that when I've been having troubles for the last three days with three cards (and quite frankly, this isn't the first time I've had card issues in the four months I've been playing), I just want something to work. Could I buy a monthly card access off of Patreon or something? I trust that Patreon/Paypal would work for something like this. Again, not trying to resort to something so underhanded, I just want to literally give you my money for your intended features. I have 60+ girls to collect from and the monthly card was pretty much my savior. On top of that, the method I use to collect, clicking one collect button and tabbing to the next, eventually tabs me to the Spend 12 Kobans to Collect All button, which basically makes me pay 12 kobans to collect almost nothing. If nothing else, at least let us toggle the 12 Koban warning message again...

My monthly card hasn't auto-renewed, I cannot access it from the game where I originally accessed it, and it doesn't seem to have been charged in the first place on my credit card account. I'm not sure what's going on, but if I could get some help with that, that'd be amazing.

Hello, Since the last wednesday (01/31), after the update, I have been trying to renew my monthy card signature with absolutely no success. If I click on the card miniature on the bottom left, I can open the window, but it just stays blank forever, without showing any options for buying. If I click on the "+" sign near the koban counter I manage to open the option for buying, but it only shows the options for kobans, not for the monthly card. Tried different browsers, like firefox or I.E., or even the mobile, but still no luck. I just keep the way from the image above. After so many tries of log out and reloads, I actually got a very strange message that said "Sorry, but there isn't any payment available on the test site", that stayed a few seconds before coming back to the way showed on the image. Does anyone have the same problem? I'm just the unlucky sheep? It only started after the update patch was issued.
