So just because you made 6 spins in a row and didn't get anything, doesn't mean the odds must be less than 1/6. You can prove this yourself: Flip a coin twice. Is it possible to get tails both times? To address your second point: Yeah, apparently they consider that high because they are stingy. I don't consider that high and I can see why you think that is fraud, but just think about what game you are playing. It's like complaining that casinos are being deceptive and greedy. Of course they are. The whole business model of free to play games is to get the players addicted, then frustrate them until they spend money. I know I´m not the unluckiest one. One of the members of our club do 12 spins and get only an avatar in the end. An other one try 8 times in a row and get nothing(=event girl or avatar), too. Compared to that 22.5% is sky high. Now we are talking about 10-11% drop rate for shards. For late villain girls the drop rate is lower - something like 5%. We also have a chance to get a lucky 100-shard drop. The probability of that is around 0.1%. This game offers a 100% drop rate in 10x Epic Pachinko. 22.5% drop rate in Event Pachinko is probably the second-highest probability that this game offers for anything. But keep in mind that a 100% drop in epic pachinko costs 5400 kobans, so for a third of the price, at the very best, you can't expect anything higher than 33.3%.
