In the Event Night Club (purple-blue)? It's assumed same as HH - a 22.5% chance to get one girl. To get Cutlass specifically you'd need a lot of gold. Anyways, it's a Classic event. Cutlass is likely to be available again same month next year during a revival event (which we assume will happen). Also she's likely to join Mythic Night Club pool, so you might catch her there again sometime. Another long-term strategy is to gradually empty Epic Night Club to increase your chances there as well.
