A question about the Mythic Audio Lessons and using them.

I am currently at lvl 150, but I was able to purchase 2 Mythic Audio Lessons - which give 10k XP to the girls --and am puzzled as to when I can use them.  Every time I select them to give to a girl, the offer button is greyed out.  Is it because of my level, or could it be a bug?
