It would take a 2.4 Million Kobans or 4688 days to refill according to the system - not gonna wait 13 years to be able to play again. Anybody else have this issue? Can we fix it please? But you never know when a bug can strike and this one was so serious that the game had to be shut down for maintenance so the team can fix it.
