About 4 per 20 with 500 combativity total. Natural combativity regeneration (192 in 4 days) wouldn't be enough. On average you'll need 15-16 more refills. I was also surprised about that, but with nothing else to spend the Season combativity on in this alpha game, I decided to get her anyway.
