If no, please post us a screenshot with your issue, if yes: Try to clear cache and delete all kinkoid related cookies. Than refresh the game. In most cases this had worked. Oh, btw: Here are more than one mostly similar threads. For the future it will be better to make a glimpse to the existing threads at the first two pages if there is a matching thread (perhapts there is a solution for your issue allready posted...). Indeed, as Bolitho hinted at (along with giving you the main leads for your issue), avoid duplicate threads. Also don't just post in Bug Reports, go ASK about your issue in QA - Question & Answer first. Always. Reporting a bug =/= letting us know YOU experience an issue. Reporting a bug = informing us of a NEW issue for the game in general. This one is well-known and documented and you could have easily found tons of info and advice on it with a quick search.
